Their comments were like this: well, since you've seen bad reviews about us, why did you buy tickets? Sit and wait, the bus will arrive. We asked to contact the driver of this bus to clarify the exact time of his arrival in Tbilisi. The office workers, as it turned out later, called some leftist person (after talking to him in Armenian, which we do not understand) and he told us over the speakerphone that he was the driver and would be there in 30 minutes. So another 2 hours of waiting passed. As a result, the bus arrived . We asked the driver why he was lying to us on the speakerphone, it turned out that we were not talking to him. A woman with 2 children was waiting for this bus with us at the same time! . And she was also rudely answered all her questions, raising her voice at her. I will tell you about the driver separately. Let's start from the beginning:
1) We ordered tickets for the big bus Tbilisi - Moscow.
A minibus arrived, in which we barely fit.
So you also have to go with a transfer. Instead of a direct flight
2) The minibus arrived for the flight 3 hours late.
3) on the way, the driver smoked in the cabin, despite the fact that there are children in the cabin.
4) the interior heating is not working well and it is very cold.
5) one driver on the way, along one of the most dangerous serpentines, did not sleep and drove non-stop.
6) constant incomprehensible packet transfers en route.
7) the door to the minibus opens only from the outside. Which is dangerous from the point of view of fire safety.
8) the condition of the minibus is terrible.
Besides the fact that it's all shabby inside. So it also stalled on the way somewhere in the steppe.
We waited 2 hours for the battery to be delivered to us. They were pushing this minibus. As a result, after more than 2 hours we drove.

1. Through Yandex Travel, we bought a Yerevan-Tbilisi ticket for 14.40 on August 4. When we arrived at the place of departure, we were told that there was no bus at 14.40 - and we had a time error, because Yandex allegedly shows Moscow time. After examining the ticket, I discovered that this was a lie - a representative of the company deliberately misled us about the time. Yandex indicates the local departure time.
2. At 15.40 the bus did not leave either. He stood in the parking lot for a long time, the trip started at 16.40 - thus, the delay was two hours.
3. The company also sells tickets for 15.00, 15.40, 16.00 - all these buses simply did not exist. Thus, the company misleads the aggregator and its customers.
4. The bus was constantly making rather long stops along the way, the driver was smoking, waiting for some passengers, receiving parcels. The timetable is clearly not being followed.
5. The bus itself is in rather poor condition, some of the seats are not normally adjustable, the air conditioner does not work.
6. The bus was traveling VERY slowly. According to the schedule, we were supposed to arrive in Tbilisi at 20.40. As a result, we arrived at 0.30. Thus, the total travel time was 8 hours instead of the stated 6. And taking into account the delay - 10 hours.
7. In Tbilisi, there were not enough seats on the bus for all passengers who boarded there - the company put stools on the night flight.
8. Representatives of the company are extremely rude to customers, refuse to answer questions, threaten to cancel tickets. A representative of the company said that the driver himself does not know where the bus is going.

The driver was smoking on the bus. The heat was 40 degrees! Instead of the stated 4.5 hours, the driver drove 9!!! We were deceived in all respects: they gave us the wrong bus, the travel time was 2 times higher than planned, and took the amount of money as for a Mercedes, and in the end we got an incomprehensible wreck.
