A beautiful beautiful place. The Li-2 is a multi-purpose aircraft and was used during the Second World War not only as a transport aircraft, but also as a bomber. I know this because it was on this plane that my grandfather fought. This is an aircraft from the regiment of Valentina Grizodubova, who commanded the 101st Long-range Aviation Regiment from March 1942 to October 1943.
The plane is completely authentic. The guide is a qualified, erudite and pleasant young man. In general, like the whole museum, it is admirable!
I recommend visiting and bringing the children.

The advantages are the location! Definitely stands in its place! There are no disadvantages in my opinion!
The plane is like an airplane. Nothing unusual. The plane is fenced off, there is a lock on the gate, so you can't get close to it, you can't touch it. There is a sign with dry technical specifications next to it. There is no information for the ordinary man in the street. For them, apparently, you need to go to the WWII Museum, which is located next to them
The plane is in excellent condition. If you visit the WWII Museum, you can walk to the plane. Although it is visible from the windows of the museum. But the impressions are completely different when you get closer to him.
