The stalker tour of the abandoned towns of Abkhazia is just cool. I liked absolutely everything😀 Starting with a comfortable car and ending with cool locations👍🏼 Three years ago I was on a ring tour, where there were an endless number of people at each location, and in your abandoned tour we met about 10 people all the time☺️ I, as a person who does not like huge crowds of people, the tour is right to my liking😌 the locations are well chosen, there is a feeling of stalking, I also want to mention the driver / guide Olesya: she told us very interesting information about Abkhazia itself, as well as about every place visited, and also always answered our questions. Yesterday there was an excursion "The Golden Ring
Abkhazia".
The trip was a great success!!
The weather was gorgeous, the impressions were just "wow".
Especially when we went to Lake Ritsa, there and back, the landscapes captured all the emotions, the golden autumn did not disappoint.
Guide Misha, a super guide, was so impressed with his knowledge of the history of Abkhazia, was very delicate with all our participants in our adventure, paid attention to each and answered questions, and of course women's whims, more such guides who know and love their country!!! Hello! So our holidays are over and a wonderful trip to Abkhazia with Laura remains in my memory :)
Laura lovingly talked about her country, which we have loved for a long time! The guide was very polite and attentive, our driver was an experienced reckless driver-it was driving and calm next to such professionals :)

I took an individual tour-a hike to the high-altitude lake Mzy in Abkhazia, accompanied by a guide Arthur. The route is not easy: 6-7 km up into the mountains in the sun and the same amount back. But the beauty along the route and the fabulous lake are worth it. For those who are not afraid to overcome themselves for the beauty of the moment, I recommend looking deep into Abkhazia and visiting the magnificent pristine, untouched by civilization Lake Mzy....Arthur is attentive, caring and, most importantly, a PRO in his field. He feels and knows the nature of this region so deeply that sometimes it feels like he was born right away with a backpack and trekking sneakers, which in turn, of course, cannot but captivate and cause admiration. In addition, Arthur is also a great photographer and music video maker. Many thanks to your agency for a great, albeit sometimes difficult, hike in the mountains. Lake Mzy is forever in my heart.

We took an individual excursion to Lake Ritsa. Naala is a wonderful guide, she told everything very interestingly about the places and traditions of the Abkhazian people. Of course, the individual format is very different from the group format, we felt it in full measure. Comfort tranquility, no fuss. And it was also a great decision to go at 6 a.m. There are practically no people .But we were coming back at lunch, it was something.

It all started out great, but... disappointment with childish tears.
Excursion on 08/18/2024 from Gagra "The Golden Ring of Abkhazia".

The girl who communicated with me via Whatsapp introduced herself as Alice.
The guide is Sergey.
Of the advantages, a nice chat in whatsapp, a small number of group members, a careful driving manner of the guide, took into account the request to leave seats not at the end of the cabin.
Before booking the tour, I wrote to the organizer to clarify the details and informed him that we were guaranteed to need a visit to the cave.
The organizer did not indicate in any way that there may not be tickets to the cave or we may not get into it.
We were not advised to choose an individual tour or take only an excursion to new Athos, on the contrary, it was confirmed that we would get into the cave. I have clarified this point three times.
When making an advance payment, I also indicated in the comments the need to visit the cave.
Imagine our surprise when it was said in the car that tickets to the cave can only be for the evening, and the guide is not going to wait for us for 3 hours.
Although the whole group wanted to get into the cave and each member of the group was ready to wait for the evening, the guide said that he "also wants to go home."
I do not understand why it was initially impossible to warn about such a nuance with tickets?
For us, the main thing was to visit the cave.
If we had been informed of this information in advance, we could have chosen another excursion or ordered an individual tour.
As a result, a child who was waiting for a visit to the cave in the morning and asked every 5 minutes, "well, when? when are we going to the cave?" he was left disappointed in tears.
They also forgot to warn us that when leaving Gagra, we will not see such locations as:
* White Rocks
* Observation deck with panoramic view
* Colonnade
* Gagra beach
* Gagripsh Restaurant (photo location)
* An abandoned theater/ train station.
A little bit about prices:
In other tour companies, similar excursions were offered to us from 1,500 to 2,500 rubles per adult, a ticket for a child of 7 years old was either free or for 50% of the price, here the cost is the same for a child and an adult 3,500 per person (no entrance tickets are included).
I hoped that by paying 7000 rubles for two, our tour would pass without surprises, but I was very mistaken.
Of course, I also informed the guide about the guarantees given by the organizers, but he didn't care.
The organizers wrote that they "understand me and apologize."
Considering that my child sat in tears in the car for the rest of the tour from 14 to 18 hours, the "understanding" of the organizers sounded more like a mockery.
I highly recommend not using the services of this company.

This is not the first time we have traveled with your company and we are satisfied every time. Before that, we were in Abkhazia. This time we visited solokhaul in the mountains of Dagomys. I liked that there was a comfortable transfer, a competent guide Sergey, who interestingly tells the stories of the city, it was very easy to communicate with him, just like with an old friend.

07/29/24 We had a one-day jeep tour to the Ritsa + Geghi waterfall + alpine meadows in Abkhazia.
I was very lucky with the guide - I turned out to have a sense of humor, which is important on any trip or tour.
There were stops at all the beautiful locations. At a calm pace, you could watch, admire, take pictures.

Such an excursion, of course, does not compare at all with a typical bus tour for 30-40 people, where there is clearly work just for the total mass of tourists — you have the most individual approach)

We went on an excursion on April 15th with Dmitry. Beautiful views cannot be taken away from Abkhazia, and they were followed. But the way it is told about the country, about the people, about its sights depends entirely on the guide. I was delighted, no tedious memorized texts. Historical facts in the story were intertwined with stories about traditions, personal examples from life. It's like we moved to live for a day, it's very interesting, easy, tasteful about everything we saw and asked. Only locals can say that.
From the organizational points, everything was also perfect: we left on time, everything was in time, the car was spacious, the group was small, there was no hurry, everything was at its own pace, no obsession in the shops, the driving style was neat and nimble.

Recently we traveled with our family on the "All of Abkhazia: 3 days" tour in an individual format. We chose Wow trip go based on reviews on the Internet. To be honest, traveling with four children raised concerns… However, thanks to the comfortable transport and a wonderful guide on the train, my husband and my fears were not justified! Naala has found an approach to each of our family members. The children listened to Naala's stories with bated breath. Naala told us about the customs of her native country, showed us the most successful locations for sightseeing and photos, suggested the best gastronomic places to experience the full flavor of local cuisine. In the Toyota Alphard minivan, the journey was very comfortable, Naala was pleased with a calm and safe driving manner.
