We are very grateful to the travel agency "A" and personally to the specialist in tourism Alena D. for organizing our vacation in April this year in the UAE. Despite the very limited time to select a tour (one week before departure), we managed to take into account all our wishes (the Emirate of Fujairah, a 5-star hotel, the first line from the sea and other subtleties). The expectations of the holiday were overshadowed by the force majeure event that occurred on his first day - an oil spill, which subsequently spread to the entire coast of the emirate. We must pay tribute to Alena for her professionalism in making decisions to adjust our vacation and perseverance in their implementation. With the measures taken by the agency, we were promptly relocated to the emirate of Ras al Khaimah without any deterioration in the previously agreed rest conditions, where we were able to enjoy the sea, the sun and the hospitality of the host country. Thank you so much for the "saved" vacation. In the future, we will plan our vacations together with the agency "A" and personally with Alyona, which we recommend others to do.

We contacted this travel agency in November, when we were looking for a vacation in January. We were looking for a tour to China. We got to Julia, we really liked her selection of hotels, she heard all our wishes, both for the price and in principle for hotels and our "wishlist" for rest. I picked up good options very quickly and promptly. She always answered all our questions clearly, and gave us a briefing before departure. All the documents were completed on time, and we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Yulia immediately warned that you can contact her at any time for any questions, she is always in touch. The rest was excellent, and the host country was also completely satisfied. Upon returning, Yulia called to clarify how everything went, whether there were any problems. We will be happy to contact this travel agency again, and we can safely recommend it to all our friends.
