I want to leave a review about the work of Maria's manager. It's a disgusting job. My husband and I flew to the Maldives in early July 2023. We decided to contact this office for accommodation and transfer services. We bought tickets through flydubai ourselves. We paid 2,700 to this office. But, as it turned out, it was not enough, since this employee did not even bother to warn us (let alone fill out the declaration himself) upon arrival in Male. As a result, 45 minutes of stress and nerves. And it turns out that this Maria knew about it, but did not say, because "you did not buy a full tour from us." While hotel employees in the Maldives constantly warn tourists about filling out a declaration when departing from Male. The point is that this employee does not even consider it necessary to say what awaits a tourist in another country. He takes a percentage of the sale of the tour and continues to live in peace. So, people, think about whether it's worth contacting here when planning a vacation. Maria will do everything FOR you IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY FOR YOUR MONEY.

My wife and I vacationed in the Maldives at the NAKAI Alimata Aquatic Resort from January 3 to January 10, 2023.
They were registered at the Minsk Coral Travel travel agency. We flew back and forth via Dubai by FlyDubai airline on the Minsk-Dubai-Male route.
The adventures began at the Minsk airport: the delay + plus another weirdo on the take-off was removed from the flight accompanied by police. It's clear why. You have to figure it out, get drunk at the airport and fly on Arab airlines. As a result, the delay is three hours, and the docking in Dubai is 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Lucky. There were 12 people on board in transit to Male, and therefore our flight to Male was delayed. If there were two or three passengers, it is unlikely.
From Male to the island by boat. On Alimata Island, we were met by a guide from Tula, Stas. Stas started working at the hotel a week before our arrival, there were no Russian speakers before that.
The island is super, the hotel is decent, there is no TV in the rooms. And it's for the best. Wi-Fi is paid – $ 46 + local tax. A local tax is charged for all payments.
The ocean is great, the food is great, the room cleaning is good.
We got a lot of pleasure from the rest. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel, they do everything perfectly, and sometimes even guess the thoughts and desires.
About vacationers: 90% are Italians, the remaining 10% are Russian speakers. And at the same time, not a word about politics...
many thanks from the bottom of my heart to STAS. Solves ALL the questions and problems of Russian-speaking vacationers. I think that 70% of a good holiday is his merit. You can imagine that it was difficult before without our man.
What else should I write? Special thanks to the girls from the Minsk travel agency Coral Travel. There was a moment when I refused to go to the Maldives, but Olga and Polina managed to convince me and we do not regret anything.
So everything is great. My only regret is that I was at NAKAI Alimata for only one week and that my vacation ended quickly.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially in winter.

I contacted the agency in early February. I wanted to relax in Hurghada. We had a special case: a disabled mother with disabilities with a pacemaker was taking her on vacation after suffering from a severe form of caronovirus. Agent Olga took us in. She helped me choose a hotel and advised me on what documents to collect. While the documents were being collected and translated, I was constantly in touch. I contacted the airport, found out about the check-in procedure here and in Egypt. We really wanted to discuss the conditions of settlement on the shore, and not at the place of arrival, which we did. Olga described in detail all our wishes and needs in the application. As a result, both the trip and the check-in were at the highest level. On Wednesday we chose the hotel and the departure date, on Saturday we already checked into the hotel. Olga answered all our questions (sometimes stupid ones: how to feed on the plane, how much luggage you can take with you, where to go to the airport for help with escort). In general, we had a great rest. Thank you. By the way, my friends recommended this agency to me.

We (2 adults, a child) were vacationing during the pandemic (late January-early February 2021) in Egypt. The trip was unplanned, we spontaneously decided to go, contacted Olga's agent via Viber in the evening and immediately received several options. We chose a tour, but, unfortunately, we did not have time to buy seats on the plane. Reservations are made exclusively by prepayment: cash or transfer of funds to the account. We could not resolve this issue in the evening.
The next day, upon arrival at the office, they began to look at the options again, but on a different date. We relied on the choice of the travel agency, literally consulted the entire office, everyone commented on the chosen hotel and described their impressions: from accommodation, services and staff to opportunities where to go and what to buy near the hotel, which, of course, helped to decide.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest.
I liked the work of the travel agency:
- the ability to communicate via Viber
- the possibility of cash / non-cash payment (but only in bel.rub. If you have $, you will have to overpay for double conversion. In our case, $30. But this applies to every agency, where it is impossible to pay through the terminal)
- preparation of the entire package of documents, consultation, information support
- registration for a PCR test (there was an employee at the place of delivery who coordinated and informed on the issues)
- upon arrival at the hotel, we received a room with a great view and location, thanks to the close communication of the travel agency with representatives of the hotel in Egypt.
What can be improved:
- enter payment by card through the terminal (when transferring funds, card bonuses do not work: accrual of points, cashback, etc. The payment could be in $ )
- have a couple of parking spaces for customers. I came to the office twice, both times I had to look for a place for a long time.
