We would like to express our great gratitude to the Pro-tour travel agency, especially Anastasia, for organizing our amazing vacation to Turkey and, of course, her professionalism!!! Our choice was the Imperial Türkiz Resort Hotel (Kemer). I really liked the hotel. It was a 100% hit! Price= quality. Everything was well prepared for our arrival. The staff is responsible, the dishes in the restaurant are delicious, a bar with an outdoor terrace, music + disco in the evening. The rooms are cozy and bright with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. The impressions were only positive!🔥 In general, our vacation was a success!!! When planning the next tour, we will contact you again!)

On the official website and here the work schedule is on Sunday from 11.00 to 16.00 , we arrived at 11.00 to arrange a ticket, it turned out that Sunday is a day off. We called the operator, she offered the option to meet at 15.30, since we didn't have so much time to wait, we refused. I can't imagine how in our time there can be such an irresponsible attitude to the information provided on the official website of the tour agency, the desire to contact such a company has disappeared.
