I want to thank Angelika Lebedeva for her professional work! In a short time, Angelica picked up a tour to Hainan and it was a magical vacation! Many travel agencies simply answered no tickets, offered expensive tours, did not take into account the transfer time, offered a 2.5-hour connection (in China, you need to take a transfer from 4 hours or more, because there is a chance of being late for a transit flight, airports are huge, and the Chinese do not speak English).
Huayu Resort & Spa Yalong Hotel
Bay Sanya 5* turned out to be the best in terms of location: shops, cafes, streets with food right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is already a little old, and there were nuances at the check-in stage, but they were all immediately resolved. What I missed at the hotel for breakfast was cheese, but they are nowhere in hotels of this level. The beach is 200 meters away. All beaches are municipal, there are few sun loungers from hotels, but it's also nice to lie on the sand under beautiful trees.
The price-quality of the hotel, I believe, is consistent.
Nature, weather, sea, fruits — these are all the things that we got here in full.
Hainan is always in my heart.
I hope to come back here next year!

I would like to thank the Travel House company for a great family vacation in Egypt (Hurghada) late August-early September 2023. Our manager was Nadezhda Valyuzhenich. After my first call, 4 days later we flew away. Nadezhda told everything in such detail, gave a lot of good advice, that we already flew out as prepared as possible. And she also set a positive attitude, which is also not a little important. The flight was at 5 a.m. Nadezhda guided us through all the nuances at the airport as much as possible, since we were flying to Egypt for the first time. We rested at the ZYA Regina Resort & Aqua Park Hurghada 4* hotel. We all know that hotels in such countries may not be settled as planned. The rest was a success! The hotel is very well chosen for us (Stella GARDEN,! Makadi, Egypt). A lot of greenery, everything is blooming, very decent service, the rooms were always clean, the food was good, varied, there was always enough, dishes for every taste. Pools to choose from:noisy, with bars and entertainment, children's 3 pieces, calm and sparsely populated. The sea and the beach were simply amazing, the reef with all kinds of fauna of the red sea, shallow water for children. The sea is very clean and warm, the beach is sandy.
Special thanks to Victor from Travel House. The organization was very pleased, everything was clear, any issue was resolved instantly, always in touch, it seemed that he worked only with us.
Of the disadvantages, I can only note the quality of the water, including drinking water, so I had to drink only juice and carbonated drinks, but this is rather a question of the geographical location of the resort.
I can safely recommend Travel House, they know their job well and are able to find an approach to people!

The answer to the question of how to get the best vacation / dream vacation is obvious - to entrust its organization to professionals. Someone will say that everything can be done independently. I agree, but only if time is running out. But if you don't have much time, then turning to professionals is the most reliable and only option. I will share my experience about a trip to Thailand, Phuket Island, in the period 01/31/2023-02/15/2023.
I will say this, it was my best vacation in the last few years! During my trip, I felt very cozy and comfortable, and all thanks to the fact that they organized the perfect tour for me, for which I am very grateful to the travel agency @travelhouse_minsk, and especially to its manager Valentina Roeva.
This was my first experience of traveling with this travel agency and I was very satisfied (I will definitely contact you next time!). Valentina listened very carefully and took into account my needs and wishes when choosing a tour.
The chosen hotel met and even slightly exceeded all our expectations. The choice was made at the Simplitel 3* city hotel (perhaps due to the lack of its own territory and a swimming pool, but with such a sea, all this is not necessary). The hotel is located a 5-7-minute measured walk to Karon Beach. The room was spacious, with a view of the mountains (from the balcony you can see the big Buddha on one side, and on the other a piece of the sea), neat, cleaning was done every day, bed linen and towels were changed on demand. Wi-fi is free, the speed is good. In terms of food, we only included breakfast (buffet style). Nearby there is everything you need: cafes, shops, massage parlors, etc., as well as an exchanger with a good exchange rate.
To make the excursions interesting and informative, as well as organized at a high level, I recommend ordering them from the hotel guide. Paying a little more, you get not only pleasure from the incredible views, but also service at the appropriate level. You can buy cheaper on the street, but there will be questions about the service.
In addition, the agency provided me with detailed information about visa requirements and helped me to get the necessary documents (everything was processed very quickly). I was not required to take almost any part in the preparation process.
It is also important that the agency staff were ready to help me in any situation related to my trip, and answered all my questions, providing high-quality and complete information. We are always in touch 24/7, we solved any problems.

My girlfriend and I flew to Turkey (Alanya) to the Utopia World hotel, we bought the tour through TravelHouse. By the way, this is not the first time I have used their services. Everything went very clearly and without any problems.
The hotel itself is simply magnificent! I was there for the second time (the first in 2019) and it only got better - they made a stage with a view of the sea and the city, where shows, DJs, fire shows, acrobats, etc. are held every evening. And in general, there are so many cool places on the territory of the hotel where time flies pleasantly and is remembered on it's been a long time that I don't really want to go anywhere)).

We express our deep gratitude to the Travel House company and personally to the manager Victor for the opportunity to relax for a wonderful 12 days in sunny Egypt!!! In particular, at the Long Beach Resort Hurgada hotel. From the moment of purchase of the ticket to the very moment of returning home, Victor advised on all issues as correctly, promptly and kindly as possible! Since Russia's air service to Hurghada was not open at the time of the trip, we decided to take a ticket from Moscow through the Republic of Belarus and somehow contacted this company via the Internet, called the number on the website, we were connected with Viktor, who within 10 minutes, according to our wishes, selected a number of hotels in the price category suitable for us Within 15 minutes, we decided and literally within a couple of hours paid for the ticket on the agency's website through a secure payment system, 3 days before departure, the entire set of documents with comprehensive instructions and even examples of filling out questionnaires were sent to the post office. On the eve of the trip, we passed urgent PCR tests in Russia (Hemotest), but on the day of departure from Moscow to Minsk, the results of the tests of my wife and daughter were not ready (only mine was ready), upon arrival in Minsk on the day of departure to Hurghada, after about 30 calls to the Hemotest hotline, it turned out that the tests they were taken with an error. In such a situation, being in a foreign country at 6 a.m. 6 hours before check-in, the only option was to call Victor, and at this early hour he answered us on the phone, quickly found a solution, sent us by taxi (indicating the possible price range to the airport) to the airport, where it is possible to take an urgent PCR-the test and everything worked out (for those departing from Minsk International Airport there is this opportunity), the test results were ready in 2 hours, there was no limit to joy!))) Victor was always in touch during all this commotion, and asked to be informed about every step we took). Upon arrival at the hotel, Victor was also interested in how we were accommodated and so on. In general, more organizational issues (including the transfer between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus) have been resolved than we have described. Russian tour operators continued to sell tours and convince me that everything was about to open, somewhere in the middle of July I stopped believing in it...What's taking me so long? Because we were in a state of despair, having already had a negative experience of communicating with the largest Russian tour operator. And now I don't remember exactly where on the Internet I found information about TravelHouse!!! It was the salvation of our summer! I would like to express my deep gratitude to our manager Anastasia Potapenko for always being positive and professional in solving our whims!!! Yes, we are DIFFICULT CLIENTS, I'm not proud of it at all, it's just the way it is. Anastasia, thank you again! All tickets, hotel, flights, everything is on time, without a hitch, all questions have been answered, everything is transparent for the client! And more...I have never been to Belarus before, I fell in love with your country, Minsk, and we will be very happy to visit you again! I will recommend it to all my relatives, friends, acquaintances! I haven't been there personally. But, I bought tours from them 4 times. Via the Internet. It's all fair. They sent a payment card, went and paid in the savings bank. The tour voucher was sent to the post office. I live in Moscow myself. I prefer to fly through Minsk.

I would like to thank the staff of Travel House Margarita and Camilla for their help in organizing our vacation to Egypt. We booked a tour from Belarus for the first time while living in Russia. We were very worried.
