I booked a room at this hotel through booking with full prepayment for Bayram 29-31.03.2025 with the possibility of a refund in case of cancellation (additionally for this function). 234 euros came out. The cancellation was made on time, but the money never arrived. The hotel is freezing, they say that there was a non-refundable reservation, the Booking service does not respond. I recommend that you do not book anything at this hotel with a prepayment.
