A very negative experience. During the year, they could not apply for an Italian visa, although they promised for 3 months, then they could not apply for a Spanish visa for 2 months.
The manager changed his Viber account, so he had to look for a manager himself through his instagram account (it turned out that the Viber account had been changed, but apparently they didn't consider it necessary to notify him). Overall: I don't even know if it could be worse)
Except that the money was returned almost without problems, and thanks for that.

I would like to thank Anastasia personally for her incredible professionalism, knowledge and assistance in opening visas. I have never seen such a reverent attitude, 24/7 support and answers to any questions anywhere! I opened a visa to Italy in 2023 with the help of a Travel-K manager, the result is an annual Schengen, now I turned to Anastasia in a very difficult and unusual situation and again as a result — a Polish work visa in my passport. We want to say a huge thank you to the agent-Natalia! I helped you decide on the choice of a tour to St. Petersburg! I told everything clearly and competently about the tour and endeared myself that we decided to make a choice in favor of this agency! We had a great room in St. Petersburg and the hotel was located near the city center, which is very important for tourists! The hotel had excellent breakfasts, the room was clean, the bed linen was snow-white, for convenience there were disposable slippers in the room)))), the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming!
As for the excursions, there were a lot of them and they were well thought out, in a couple of days we saw and looked at a lot, which is very pleasing!!! There was an excellent guide on the road-Alina (a kind, responsive girl, always came to the rescue). My husband and I were very pleased with the trip and glad that we chose this travel agency! Although we were very worried, because we found the link on Instagram.
