Another girl came and said that it TURNS OUT (this word is a local feature describing irresponsibility) The Hollandaise sauce that is served with the dish is not ready, and its preparation takes a long time to wait. It was possible to warn, and not to score on the guest. Okay I say that I will not wait and ask for the bill, the manager comes and apologizes, says you are probably hungry, and offers dessert as a compliment. Well, I choose a modest truffle candy to eat and not linger. As a result, the truffle was included in the bill, just lol) Then I was ready to fall under the table from the professionalism of the staff) I paid without a truffle, and left.
