My husband was brought by ambulance to the emergency room at night. Judging by the reaction and the faces, the workers were already asleep. We were greeted negatively from the doorstep, they started saying things like "As usual, at the same time, everything is as always" and it was clear from the voice that the staff was very unhappy. Then the nurses began to resent why the ambulance was brought to them, and not to another emergency room. The doctor came, asked what happened, and just said that they don't do this, go to Selmash and left. Even the paramedics were shocked by everything that was happening. We all understand that people get tired, work for days, don't get enough sleep, but we didn't come there because we got bored at home. It looked as if we had come to their house in the middle of the night, and not to the hospital, where they were at work and should perform their duties, and not be outraged and speak out in some negative way about us.
It was very unpleasant. I wish the staff to be a little kinder and more humane!!!!!
The trauma surgeon got a good one and with humor, but the situation is so-so. Plastic chairs in front of the office, there is little space, if the door opens and someone walks, it is difficult to turn around, waiting for two hours until the picture is taken, examined and a conclusion is given. One more traumatologist is missing on the weekend, some kind of careless attitude towards people. Well, at least a doctor with humor.
