They operated on me there, they didn't clean the wound, they sewed it up. As a result, pus and blood were released after 4 days. I came back to them and the surgeon looked at me and said everything was fine. As a result, I went to the 14th polyclinic to see a surgeon, he took off my stitches and told me to cut them again. When he cut it, glass and thread came out of the wound. That's how they cleaned my wound at the medical center. Because of them, my sick leave was overshadowed due to the negligence of the doctors.
Thanks to the doctors and staff for their promptness and attention. I came back with a dislocated shoulder, it was fixed quickly and efficiently, experience and professionalism are felt.
My husband was brought by ambulance to the emergency room at night. Judging by the reaction and the faces, the workers were already asleep. We were greeted negatively from the doorstep, they started saying things like "As usual, at the same time, everything is as always" and it was clear from the voice that the staff was very unhappy. Then the nurses began to resent why the ambulance was brought to them, and not to another emergency room. The doctor came, asked what happened, and just said that they don't do this, go to Selmash and left. Even the paramedics were shocked by everything that was happening. We all understand that people get tired, work for days, don't get enough sleep, but we didn't come there because we got bored at home. It looked as if we had come to their house in the middle of the night, and not to the hospital, where they were at work and should perform their duties, and not be outraged and speak out in some negative way about us.
It was very unpleasant. I wish the staff to be a little kinder and more humane!!!!!
