In my opinion and in my experience, this is the best workshop (master) at the moment.
The master really understands what he is doing and does it well. The bike was fully serviced, but apart from that, they managed to find and fix a problem that could not be identified and fixed twice in two other workshops, one of which is quite well-known (not the point of which we are talking about).
In addition, two other things stand out here — an approach, including master-client communication, and bike delivery from your home to the workshop and back.

Quickly and efficiently. They took it away, repaired it, and brought it back. I don't need to think about how to bring my bike to the workshop (I have a small car and a bike can't fit in it). They offer options, explain what, how, and why. The bike is as good as new.
