I want to share my experience of contacting this service. Like most of the female representatives, I do not like to engage in car maintenance and repair, I delegate this duty to my spouse. But the moment came when the spouse was on a business trip and a malfunction appeared in the car, requiring urgent repair. The masters of this service helped out: we listened attentively to the female description of the malfunction and, without unnecessary questions like "how many valves are in the engine?", carried out diagnostics, selected the best option for spare parts according to the "price-quality" principle. The result: fast, high-quality, and most importantly not expensive repairs. Now I will do the car maintenance myself and only on this service👍👍👍
Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about the work of this service. This is not the first time we have contacted you. But the last time I was just outraged by the work of this service station. We drove a car with a clutch problem. The attitude of the staff to this problem was super-friendly. Not only have they not solved the problem, they haven't even bothered to find out the reasons yet. Just guesses and assumptions. According to them, they have no technical ability to find out the reason. Then why the hell do you take a job if you're not sure you can handle it?! On top of that, the employee who talked to me was rude and argued, claiming that they had done everything possible (all they had done was pump the clutch). That is, after picking up the car from this service, assuring me that everything was OK with the clutch, I drove 10 km and the clutch disappeared again. According to the employee, I still have to stay and it's my fault!
On the issue of price: one price is called on the phone, upon payment, an overestimated price is indicated in the decree document.
The collapse was done outrageously. The car is going to the right!
This is the closest service station to our house, and naturally, when the car is not on the move, you will not choose a service station on the other side of the city. But now I can say with confidence that it is better to contact another service.
P.S. we made a car in December 2024, an Opel car. This is in case the management is still interested in this issue and decides to look into it.
