A car rental company with a good website, clear and beautifully designed. Good communication with the client, always in touch without problems. This is probably all that can be attributed to the positive aspects. Now, what I personally didn't like. This is primarily an old car, in poor technical condition and at a greatly inflated rental price, with the same inflated price of delivering the car to the landlord. In addition, the car did not have full insurance, but only CTP and it was necessary to leave a deposit. The attitude of the landlord towards the client during the car rental period leaves much to be desired, especially in the process of its delivery. There is a principle here that the seller, not the buyer, is right in everything. When I pointed this out, I received a recommendation to take the car elsewhere, but they won't deal with me here, for which I was very grateful to them. After a detailed study of this issue, I came to the conclusion that there are many reputable rental offices in Bulgaria, with a good fleet of cars, a completely different approach to working with clients and the right prices for the products offered, besides with full insurance.

I rented a car from TRentMe. The car is good, nothing is broken. Next time I will definitely take the car from them.
