The apartments themselves are good. Spacious and warm. But it's extremely difficult to get close to them if you don't live there. There is very little space for access to the house, the taxi stops at the slag heap, because the guards do not always open it. There is no place to park your car. The gate on the side of the house also opens only by chip, and if you walk, you have to go around all 3 residential buildings and return in the opposite direction to house 20. Not a convenient location

We lived in the central hotel tower. The repair is normal, there are water stains on the ceiling, it doesn't matter which floor. The cleaning is terrible, they clean only in prominent places, the washing machine in the bathroom seems to have never been moved, however, as well as the beds and sofa. The filter on the washing machine, I think, has not been changed since the installation. Curtains and tulle are dusty, too, they are unlikely to ever be washed. The windows are dirty - I understand the number of floors is large, but robots have long been invented for window cleaners. There are no complicated locks on the windows - it is very dangerous with children at such a height.
Among the advantages - there is everything you need, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, TV, Internet, gorgeous view. Good location, everything you need is nearby, supermarket, sea within walking distance, cafes, bus stops. Parking can be problematic. Well, the reception would be more friendly, especially for girls.

I live in this house periodically! Apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea!!! 😍 the city center, near a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants for every taste and pocket.
