The best veterinary clinic in Gomel! Initially, I chose it by chance, based on location and quite a bit based on reviews, and I did not lose. All doctors are wonderful, they treat each patient with reverence and love. Special thanks to the chief physician Ruslan Ivanovich and the anesthesiologist Anastasia Alexandrovna.
We had two surgeries to remove breast tumors, with heart problems, which makes the operation more risky.
Everything went well, the dog was allowed to calmly recover from anesthesia and entertained until I arrived for her.
While I was away, Bertha, sitting on the handles, received patients together with Taisiya at the reception) I am also very grateful to her for such a warm attitude!
I really appreciate and respect all the staff of this clinic!

We visited this vet clinic for the FIRST TIME today. They did an ultrasound at Sekisova Valeria Alexandrovna. She was very attentive, asked around, and excluded anything that didn't fit our picture. I was in no hurry, I spent as much time as possible. She did not impose any unnecessary manipulations. Having lost hope , we went to the Tri Vet Clinic , many thanks to the staff and Dr. R.I. The best vet clinic in the city, as far as I'm concerned. One dog had a tooth removed, the other had fibroids removed. Everything went well and quickly, we always turn only here.
The prices are reasonable compared to other veterinary hospitals.
All staff and doctors are polite and attentive to their patients. I especially want to draw attention to Titushkin R.I. — a surgeon from God, we are very grateful to him. I would like to see such wonderful doctors for people too 🤗

I want to tell you how we came to the clinic to have a routine ultrasound and if we need to treat the liver. Our yorochka girl was active, with an excellent appetite and nothing bothered her. The appointment was conducted by the doctor Privalova E. On ultrasound, she found abnormalities of the liver and kidneys, they did b / x, liver and kidney parameters were exceeded
Treatment with the veterinary drug "Hepatovet" was prescribed. After 5 days, the dog refused food and water and became weak. Another ultrasound scan - the diagnosis is already different. Liver cancer was found, moreover, the doctor diagnosed it by ultrasound!!! And she told me so to my face, no ethics! Then another ultrasound- another other diagnosis, the dog is already prostrated and understands little, almost a vegetable. They cannot explain the reason why York is dying. The link goes to the fact that her liver is sick, there is a node on her lungs. An animal cannot die abruptly after a week of treatment because the doctor found something on the ultrasound!! With elevated kidney indicators, it was necessary to treat the kidneys, rather than prescribe a hepoprotector. After 2 weeks of "treatment", the dog was gone. Then I began to figure out for myself what the reason was - it turns out that the drug contains Methionine — 100 mg / ml"
According to the drug reference books:
"Contraindications: Viral hepatitis, severe liver failure, hepatic encephalopathy, hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
With caution: renal insufficiency (risk of increased hyperazotemia)"
"L-ornithine — 50 mg/ml" i.e. it is a murder for kidney patients.
How can you treat, prescribe medicine and not even know the active ingredients and side effects. The treatment regimen should have been different. It is a pity that in veterinary medicine there are no protocols for the treatment of animals, nor at least some kind of doctor's responsibility and very few professionals, but we go to them with full confidence. And then we blame ourselves.
The dog cannot be returned, well, maybe my "cry of the soul" will help another animal in a similar situation to save its life.

We were at a reception with Igor Vladimirovich Zhigolko. The doctor prescribed tests, identified possible causes of the disease and the method of treatment. He answered all the questions, and was kind to the animal, and treated us who were worried with understanding. I highly do not recommend the veterinarian Privalov E.A.
They brought the dog without complaints, just take tests and treat it as planned if something is wrong with the indicators. As a result, the dog was gone for a week of "treatment", and had to be put down. The feed additive Hepatovet was prescribed with an increased level of urea, which absolutely cannot be done. What kind of specialist is this who does not know the composition , indications and contraindications of what he prescribes. I might as well have gone to the pharmacy and bought what the pharmacist advised me without testing.
After the "treatment", she never came up and did not ask about the dog's condition. What happened in the end:
- my friend died
- there is no trust in the clinic anymore
- it is necessary to choose only trusted doctors
It is a pity that there is no justice for such doctors and she will continue to treat other pets in the same way.

The appointment is made in advance by 12, but we got into the office only after my question "are there any more debts to wait?". The girl doctor chatted a lot, ran back and forth, apparently looking for something to pull out a fang. For a long time, I would even call it very slowly, everything happened. And then I had to wait another 10 minutes so that I could finally pay and go home with my child.

I am especially grateful to Privalova Elena and m/s Valeria, on the advice of I brought my cat here 7 years old, already dying of urolithiasis, the disease started suddenly and the cat's condition deteriorated very quickly. Elena Privalova, a veterinarian, and m/s Valeria saved my cat.My cat had ultrasound tests, IV drip. The man who founded this clinic is a doctor with golden hands. I did a mini operation on my dog at another clinic. I wanted to visit this clinic, see the attitude towards the pet and the owner and maybe become a regular customer. And here the vaccination period is suitable and the promotion for the entire set of vaccines is 69.90 rubles. The doctor Bragina asked about allergies before vaccination. My Labrador was always treated for allergies without clarification, just in case, because the breed is prone. The doctor did not notify that the allergy shot would result in an increase in the final cost of the service. As a client, I have every right to know. Not all additional services cost a couple of kopecks and unpleasant surprises at the checkout are not needed by anyone! As a result, the first impression when visiting this clinic turned out to be extremely negative! I did not notice the attentiveness and sensitivity to my pet from this doctor (there is something to compare it with). There is no desire to return again.
I recommend that the clinic negotiate the full cost of services before starting, especially such simple ones.
