The rooms are modern, everything is clean, cleaning every day. Administrator Julia is just a darling! Like all the girl employees. They will help you with any question. The only disadvantage is that it is impossible to book directly, only through the tour operator, because I thought I would come there on my own... I found out personally about the lack of reservation directly from the administrator Julia, so people, don't get fooled by cheapness on dubious sites! All reservations are made only through tour agencies in your city or on the website of tour operators!

The beach is equipped (sun beds, umbrellas are included in the price). The beach is 2 minutes away. There are many cafes nearby. Administrator Julia is just a darling!

There are many different cafes and restaurants near the hotel, and the beach is across the street. All the sights of Gagra, kolonada, Gagripsh, Primorsky Park are located nearby. This is an old Soviet-quality building, a shop on the ground floor, a hotel on the second and third floors, entrance via a spiral staircase. High-quality modern renovation, everything is thought out. Excellent sound insulation, blackout curtains, mesh on the windows. Silent air conditioner, the air flow is directed to the neutral zone. Smart TV distributes the Internet, the speed is excellent, a huge number of channels. The bed is 180 cm wide, good linen, the bathroom is clean, everything is working properly, the water pressure is gorgeous. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and dishes. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave, washing machine and plenty of dishes, an ironing board with an iron in the lobby, personal clothes dryers. Electric stoves are weak, I do not recommend cooking a full meal, especially since there are a huge number of cafes and canteens within walking distance. It's 2 minutes to the sea, just cross the road. Very caring hostess Irina and administrator Julia. Thank them for their hospitality. In the spring, a double site was created by scammers, many people were injured, the owners made a lot of efforts to close this resource.

We went to this hotel during our honeymoon, in advance, in April we booked the best room through the well-known Bu*** application. On August 20, we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our reservation was invalid, they had not even heard of us and demanded a prepayment receipt. Since we booked back in April, I couldn't remember if she was there or find her. As a result, we ended up on the street! During the honeymoon!! In addition, we were told that this is not the first time they have had such a situation!!! And they advised us to continue working only on prepayment, but the question is: how could we know that something was wrong if we received all the confirmations, both by mail and through the application?! All they could do was call the local realtor to offer us other options. And we wished that this was the biggest problem of our family life, without even apologizing for the situation. And then we received an email that the official representative of the hotel informed us about our no-show!
