The boorish attitude of technical support to customers!
Instead of the stated speed of 100 MB, it outputs no more than 70, and in the evening it drops to 40-50 altogether.
It is often impossible to get through!
For that price, we could have increased the speed.
Positive:
Complete loss of the Internet is very rare!
In case of any accidents on the line, they are repaired quickly.
Finally, they replaced copper with optics!
