I rested for 8 nights in January 2024. In Thailand for the 19th time, I lived in different hotels and what can I say about this: + the rooms are new, modern + the mattress is very comfortable + pillows of several sizes in the room + the bathroom is very modern + located on a hill - the view from the gym is gorgeous + the staff is friendly + for breakfast, for your money, the hotel offers a good selection (egg dishes, a good selection of fruits and herbs), an open clean kitchen + parking for both Cars and bikes (own) + relatively close to a good market (Malin Plaza) + it is clear that the hotel "has an owner" - the staff rustles all the time, paints something, cleans, etc. Minuses: - located far from the sea (but I knew about it and rented a motorbike) - some rooms overlook the hill (construction site, garbage) - the sea, which is relatively "nearby" is still not very clean and you had to drive to the northern part of Patong (But if you have a bike, it's not a problem) Result: I deliberately chose a GOOD, high-quality, clean hotel, to the detriment of its location. Because I love motorbikes. Unfortunately, any hotel for the same money somewhere closer to the sea or the center will be less comfortable. For those who need a hotel to "spend the night", I will explain that here is just the perfect sleep - beds, silence, cleanliness, the air does not blow on the bed.

We took a deposit of 1000 Baht, after 2 days we found stains on the sheet. An invoice was issued for 3,000 Baht. They took the sheets themselves and washed them in the laundry, as a result, they simply did not give the deposit. Although the sheet was clean. The hotel is on a hill. The view from the window is picturesque only on one side, on the other side on the ground floor it rests against a fence. It will be difficult to get uphill with children and the elderly. Of the advantages, only the pool and breakfast. There are a lot of such negative reviews on Google Maps, but then we only read this.

This is a great hotel. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts. View of the mountain. Nice sea view. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Shops are nearby.

I take a star only for the location: it is far from the beach and directly in front of the hotel there is a very steep climb. Otherwise, everything is fine: the staff is friendly, the room is clean and modern, cleaned daily, the breakfasts are excellent!

Disgusting hotel - don't be fooled by the photo! In fact, the rooms leave much to be desired. There is a huge window to the toilet in the room, and the window when it rains outside, it goes to the hotel too! So much so that the ceilings are falling down (it's good that it's not on your head. I am attaching a photo/video. I don't set foot in this hotel anymore, and I don't recommend it to everyone.
