My niece lives in this house.A great house.A stranger won't come in.It's very warm.There are no problems with water.Each building has its own concierge.They are very polite.The halls are clean.There is a great minimarket inside.Previously, they even made deliveries from there.I can't say now, I wasn't interested.The house has an excellent fitness room.Children are playing quietly in the hall.

It'S just AWFUL! I booked this hotel on a booking, they confirmed my reservation, after which they called and said that I had to transfer money to their card (bypassing the system) so that they would not cancel the reservation... To which I said that I would not throw anything off them - the receptionist started shouting into the phone, in the end she sent me to 3 letters, told me to make a reservation in the booking myself... I have never met such a person anywhere in the world ...

The most prestigious hotel in Kazakhstan.. they rent daily to drunks, the walls are thin. Someone is being hammered all night in the neighboring rooms. The attitude of the administrators is indifferent. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
