I finally found my master. Olga Sadovskaya . Manicure is nothing to complain about. The nail treatment is neat, does it gently, does not injure the nail plate. The master did a pedicure quickly enough, easy conversation, a mega comfortable chair.
However, less than two days later, a piece of varnish fell off on the thumb. I immediately wrote to the salon, I was offered a convenient time to repair the nail.
When I arrived at the appointed time, I clarified that I had an appointment for nail repair, pedicure. The repair was done by another master. The girl said that this happens and it's okay. Perhaps, but it is not normal that no one has expressed words of regret to me, apologies for,, this happens,,. I understand that situations can be different, and everything can be settled peacefully, but I think that the administrator did not pay due attention and even tried to smooth the situation over.
Initially, the service was not provided with high quality, which is why I had to go to the salon again, and I really appreciate my time.
