The Tron Computer Club left me with only positive impressions. Modern equipment, powerful computers and comfortable gaming chairs create ideal conditions for a comfortable game. The friendly atmosphere and professionalism of the staff make spending time here especially enjoyable. We are also pleased to have a cafe with delicious snacks. I recommend all gamers to visit this club!

A great universal place to relax, where you can play, and calmly chat with your company, and listen to music, and dance, and smoke a hookah, and have a cultural drink (there are no problems with food either, which is good news!). The play area is comfortable. For fans of consoles, there are 3 places with a set-top box. There are 2 covered terraces and one in the play area. There is also a bar. The music and the atmosphere are great. In addition to everything, it works around the clock. I advise you to visit.

To begin with, the club is generally not bad, but there are serious disadvantages that completely negate all the positive aspects. We have been visiting this esports club for a long time and regularly, but from the very beginning, the complete lack of customer orientation is striking. Administrators, with rare exceptions, either do not know how or do not want to communicate with clients. At the counter and on the phone, there is indifference and incompetence. During all this time, there was only one administrator who really knew how to work with people, but, unfortunately, he has not been seen for a long time. As a person with extensive sales experience, I am particularly acutely aware of such moments, and this causes me irritation and dissatisfaction. But for the sake of high-quality computers, it was possible to tolerate this.
However, an incident happened that completely ruined my opinion. We pre-booked computers for 8 hours on a day off to ensure that we had seats, as there is usually a full hall at this time. Upon arrival at the club, it turned out that there really were no empty seats. When asked about the reservation, the receptionist casually replied: "The guys extended it, soryan, we don't kick customers off our computers." A logical question arises: why does a booking system exist at all if it is simply ignored? Why couldn't the possibility of renewal for booked cars be blocked?
No compensation was offered for the ruined plans. At least an elementary step forward, like a free game on another day, could smooth out the negativity. But instead, the situation was completely ignored.
The result: ruined plans for four people, disappointment and a completely ruined impression of the club.

The disgusting attitude of bartenders towards vacationers. We rested in the lounge area, ordered a lot of alcohol. Everything was fine until karaoke started in the bar area, which is not available in the services. The visitors put on their own music, turned the sound to the maximum, and outright screams or monkey squeals could not be called anything else. There was no reaction to the requests addressed to the bartender to at least turn it down (I'm not even talking about stopping this altogether), because they interfere not only with us, but also with others in the establishment. This is not the first time, there is no desire to go back. It is not clear where the administration of the institution is looking.

Recently, my friends and I visited this computer club, and at first there was a misunderstanding with ordering a night bootcamp. We contacted the administrator, and after clarifying the situation, the club administration quickly and professionally resolved the conflict.
I am very grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to sort out the problem. Such situations show that the club cares about its customers and strives to do everything possible for a comfortable pastime.
We will be glad to come back here again and continue to recommend this club to our friends. Thanks to the administration for the excellent service and attentive attitude to customers.

The establishment is conveniently located next to the largest shopping center in the city. The room is nicely decorated, it feels that everything is cozy and as it should be. Hardware and devices are the most attractive among all the computer clubs in the city. The administrator was able to sort out the misunderstandings with the booking of the PS 5 zone and the lounge zone pretty quickly, for which he is respected. One of the minor disadvantages is the abundance of children of the age of elementary grades and loudly screaming comrades at computers, although there is a similar problem in absolutely any club.

- I have booked 2 computers at boot camp 2 times. 1 time it was not possible to go because the admin forgot to record the reservation. 2 times since the director's friend came and sat in our seats. We were sent to the main hall, where there is no air conditioning and the seat is very stuffy. The computers in the game area are frozen in an elementary dota game.... it is sad. On the whole, the picture seems normal at first glance, but such details are very upsetting.

Awful. I came with a friend and rented two computers for the night. As a result, they left after 2 hours of being there. The computers turned out to be dead. The temperature of the video card reached 90 degrees when playing Counter strike 2 at minimum settings. The computer was very noisy. As well as the neighbors nearby. Utter lack of culture and mate. There are no installed games in the computer club - it's just nonsense. There are a lot of shortcuts on the desktop, but at launch it is suggested to buy and install the game.
In general, I bought the game, came at 19.00 to install it, and eventually installed it until 23:00. When my friend and I launched the game, I got the minimum graphics settings fixed and a resolution of about 480p. Although I was told that video cards cost 4080. It turned out to be 3080 10 GB. I have a 3080 myself and I just don't understand why the computer barely takes out the remnant 2. As a result, he left. Sorry for the money and time spent. I don't recommend it to anyone. Play at home. There is no point in this club.

They wanted to buy draft beer, but they said that you can't drink it at the computer because it's in a glass, although you can drink cocktails from the same glasses at the computer.
There are no club accounts, there are no pre-installed games either.

In general, the place for the game is not very good, as a classic bar is also below average.

On October 17, we went, a company of 3 people, at 8 p.m.
1) regarding drinks, the bartender clearly said that with draft beer it is impossible for computers, on this occasion there was even a strange statement from the bartender towards the director
2) one of us did not have a CS with a personal steam, they asked for a club account, for which the admin conjured for 15 minutes and nothing worked (it also did not connect on other computers), as a result, the admin logged in from his personal account
3) about the review, I had to write it in the book of complaints and suggestions?)))
I left it in a format that is convenient for me, and it's suspicious how you react to my review
P.S. in the inst I can't write to you in person (and not only me)
As for the replenishment of the balance, it is better to invest this money in a quality service, and I can replenish it at my own expense)
