This place is so amazing and unique. I love the tropical atmosphere, the interrior design, and the service. This place truly makes you feel as if you are located somewhere tropical. Staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful.
This business has hotel numbers available, family rooms available for you and your big family, and also a bunch of hostel rooms available. Inside you can find a very nice boutique store, cafe and soon to be open restaurant. The whole place has a central AC and heating system, which helps with the air circulation as well.
There are a few categories of rooms. The first category is a deluxe hotel number, which has a private bathroom room with a shower room and a small refrigerator and a tv. The second type is a big family room for 7-9 people, which also has its own big size bathroom with a restroom inside, a TV, and a small refrigerator. The third category is hostel rooms that come with a small container for your shoes and a little storage unite for your other items. Each bed has a private USB port, power outlet, and a place where you can place your phone or book. Once you close your bed with the curtain, it feels as if you are alone in the room.
This location is amazing because it is 5 min away from republic Square, which is the heart of Yerevan. Not far from there you can find Vernisage where you buy many antique staff and amazing souvenirs. Around the same location, there are museums and many restaurants and cafes that you can visit. Not far from this place, there are several parks that you can visit and enjoy a walk in the heart of Yerevan.
Armenia itself is a very safe county where you can freely walk on the street with your family. Tropica Inn, at the same time, offers 24-hour security service with a modern security surveillance system.
This location is superb because everything from here is a walking distance. Yerevan is a city where you don't need to drive, and you can simply get anywhere you want by walking, using metro or public transportation.
Although most numbers here are hostel concepts, this place makes you feel like you're staying at a luxury hotel. Everything here is beautiful, unique, and pleasant for the eye.

The best accommodation experience I have experienced in Armenia! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the place is new and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and most importantly the WiFi works well 😄

Was in the official opening of Tropica inn and I would say the place looks awesome the rooms looks comfy and nice. Also love the refreshing lemonades I had couple of flavors tried. The ambiance of the place really feels tropical matches the name. Overall I would love to have my family stay in Tropica Inn when they visited armenia for a vacation! 🤍

I attended the grand opening, and the service is AMAZING. The food and beverages—everything was delicious.
The ambiance was inviting and warm, complemented by the cordiality of the staff.
I have visited several hotels from Marriott, airbnbs in Armenia, I can confidently say that this venue is one of the best locations in the center.
We will be visiting frequently especially for the coffee and food.

It's a great place, just the best there is in Yerevan. Clean, cozy, delicious, breakfasts, coffee and sweets. Incredibly virtuous people. Even the bed is made every day. It feels like it's the brainchild of a perfectionist. I am very glad that I accidentally stumbled upon such a treasure. Lived for more than a week

A cool place in the very center of Yerevan. I was at the opening and I really liked it. The interior, the atmosphere, the staff. I will definitely book a room here for friends who will come to Yerevan to visit me.

at the highest level! The atmosphere is unreal, I haven't seen such a contrast of colors and exotics for a long time) super, I recommend
it! P.S. Coffee is also unrealistically delicious)
