Previously, despite the fact that there was only a city phone number, the woman always wrote down your phone number for communication and even always called a little in advance to find out if you would come or not. Since there have always been enough people who want to get a haircut off the record.
Now they have mobile numbers. I signed up in advance, came and was informed that the master I was signed up for was ill. But that's not all, I waited for more than 20 minutes! When I asked why they didn't call and warn me, they told me that they forgot to write down my number.
As for the haircut, the woman cut my hair as if I was in Formula 1 on a pit stop. The haircut on the result is very mediocre. And the price has increased with the change of management.
I will no longer use the services of this barbershop.
I visited this salon twice. I got a haircut from Anastasia Koleda. The first time the haircut suited me. After the second haircut, I decided that I would not go to Anastasia anymore. I had my hair washed, trimmed and blow-dried for 20 minutes. Now my hair does not fit, the tips bend to the sides. The master did not bother to cut her hair in particular zones, grabbed wide strands, apparently because she was coloring another client in the next room in parallel. In general, the salon is cozy, pleasant, polite, the administrator, but the master completely failed to meet expectations.
