And many more things. before leaving, I read that they don't give you food to put on yourself, and the dishes are plastic. By the time we arrived, this had already happened. The dishes are all normal in restaurants, plastic is only for juice and paper cups for tea. The dishes on the beach are disposable. You put on as much food as you want. There are no queues. In winter, swim only in the heated pool. In others, the water is icy. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea across the street. The beach is a big disadvantage of the hotel. Both beaches look like paddling pools, 30 meters and buoys, and then the boats are constantly floating, you can't swim there. Some fish come across, there is no reef. The main building is always noisy. Elevators go back and forth, animation of neighboring hotels and music from restaurants can be heard around. For young people, maybe the most important thing, my child and I, therefore, asked for a bungalow, lived in the depths of the territory, it is quiet, calm and beautiful there. They gave me the number they wanted without any problems. The staff is all friendly. From the bungalow to the sea, go even further. The weather was windy. Even if it's warm, the wind is still cold. It's terrible to get out of the water. Do not come in January and February if you need a direct summer and heat. You will be disappointed in any hotel. The weather was 18-22 degrees, it was hot without wind, but if it blows, and it was almost constantly, it was cold. In general, I recommend this hotel if you need to enter the sea from the shore, and not from pantone, you do not mind stretching to the sea. All the traffic is concentrated around it, shops, pharmacies, fish restaurants. In the evening, there is a place to walk outside the hotel. Our room was cleaned for three, but it didn't matter to us that we had new towels and linen every day. Upon request, everything will be redone if you are not satisfied.

The rest from April 1 to April 10, 2023 was held at this hotel. I must say right away that the guys are 4 ka with a minus, although they position themselves as 5 ku.
1. The hotel is no longer new, it has not been renovated for a long time. The bathroom with a bathtub and a shower corresponds to the 90s of the last century.
2. The food is meager, although you will not stay hungry. Monotonous every day. Service in the "restaurant " for 4.
3. Swimming pool. It's a bit boring to relax with children, there are only 3 slides, and then they work 2 hours before lunch and 2 hours after lunch. In the evening, at 16:30, cleaning begins in the Pool, despite the fact that people are resting. There are a lot of nails sticking out on wooden sun beds, it won't take long to get hurt.
4. SPA. That's horrible. Massage therapists cheat, do not believe their words: they promise 50 minutes of massage, but they do 38 minutes. The massage itself is just called it, it will pass over the skin like stroking a child's head and that's it. Massage therapists are constantly distracted on their phones, it's not pleasant. The sauna is very dirty, it hasn't been washed for a month, nails are sticking out on the floor. At the exit, they didn't even offer a towel and a drink. There are 3-4 equipment in the gym and that's it.
5. Excursions. At your discretion. In 8 years, their program has not changed. It's all the same.
6. The beach is located 2 streets away, so-so. It is small, divided into 2 parts. Sandy-coral. Towels are provided by card.
7. Animation on 4 with a minus, not annoying. Evening programs are boring, repeated weekly.
8. The attitude towards tourists from Russia is good, the staff and the merchants on the street speak Russian not badly. I don't see any point in learning English to speak in other countries, residents of other countries need to learn how to speak Russian themselves. Stop humiliating yourself like that, let them respect us.
9. The weather is slightly windy, +30-33 degrees in the afternoon, +18-22 degrees in the evening and at night. The sun is shining every day, only the last day it rained, but it was warm.
Dear reader. I'm not really a critic, but I don't want to recommend this Hotel to you. Believe me, I have vacationed in many countries and hotels and I constantly write reviews so that tourists make the right choice for themselves and relax with pleasure. We were vacationing with the children and had to adjust in a hurry to the dates of the holidays and the work of the spouse, as a result, I booked the last places in the hotel for convenient dates. Therefore, I recommend that you take your time with the choice and start planning your vacation in advance.

The hotel is large, but only in terms of the number of rooms, in fact, there are no places to go to hotels at all, there are five pools, of which only one with slides is relevant, all the others are empty and not attractive. For meals at hotels, I put a solid five if compared with Turkey during the pandemic, then here they have not decreased in the choice of food. At the same time, all the staff is friendly and good-natured to small children. That's where all the advantages end here. Now about the painful things during the holidays in hotels. Do not visit the SPA salon, the divorce for massages is complete, for two hours of massage they actually did 20-30 minutes in time. The time was dragged out by the sauna for 15-20 minutes. they took me to the shower twice, then went somewhere three times for 10 minutes. They don't know how to do it, I think they picked up massage therapists on the street who work for food. The hotel is located right in the epicenter of noisy discos and restaurants where music plays until dawn every single day and you will not be able to change rooms, because absolutely all rooms with access to the balcony overlook their local Broadway. Yes, on the first day of arrival, the view from the balcony was impressive, the view of the sea, at night a beautiful view of the glowing shops and restaurants. You won't get a healthy sleep, even with the double-glazed windows closed. The hotel is suitable only for young people who want to hang out until the morning, there is nothing for older people to do there. The beach on the sea, which belongs to the hotel, is not close, 10-12 minutes on foot, the beach itself is very small and there are no places there at any time, we had to get up in the morning at 6-30 and go to take places with our towel, after 7-00 there are no free sun loungers and they all stand very tightly to each other. The water in the sea is transparent if you sail away from the shore, there are a lot of plastic and cigarette butts in the water, there is also a pier of motorboats nearby that constantly drain all the soapy water on your head when washing them, vacationers constantly made remarks and even swore with the captains of motorboats. The smell of fuel is constantly present in the water near the shore, so we tried to bathe the children when sailing away from the shore. Now about the local young guys or the male sex, I can't call them men, they don't fit this dignity. An incident occurred with us on 06.10.2021. on the beaches in the afternoon at 15.00, which belongs to the hotel, an event called a FOAM PARTY was held, everything was fine, everyone was in the mood, both children and adults, so the local elite of daddy's sons who should not have been allowed by the guard came there, they began to molest many Slavic girls. They also accosted my wife, who was enjoying the foam with the children at that moment. I made a remark to one of these Arabs, my insubordination is my wife and children and we are spending our holidays here. To which he, brazenly to spite me, began to rub his body against my wife, I could not stand his arrogance and did not push him away much. As it turned out, Arabs are just as cowards when they are not alone. Five people immediately ran up to me, allegedly they were brothers and all together began to run over me, I was sober and sane and realized that the situation was not in my favor, and I had small children with me and I was in another country with different laws. If you are reading this review, you can't even imagine how my blood boiled for a long time to fill these Arab faces, my wife calmed me down all the time. Guys or husbands be vigilant and attentive in my similar situation, one of them threw something on my head from behind, a towel or a T-shirt. The most annoying thing is that the hotel security saw it all and didn't even come up to us, I think my children and my wife saved me from being beaten, they ran up to me, and they calmed down. But we had to leave. I hope the review about Egypt will be useful to you, 10 years ago I was there five times and everything was fine, I won't go there for another 10 years. Ah, there are a lot of Arab Egyptians here in Moscow at Universities, and their brothers are not here and they will not be helped.

The hotel is good. I went 10 years ago, I thought it was a youth hotel. It turned out not to be) it is quite comfortable to relax with your family. Not much worn solid five. And the grill tank is a restaurant with no queues at all and no imposition through the waiter. The central building has its own problems-the smell of sewage is a little in the left wing, the noise from discos. In the depths of the territory, everything is OK, if you don't mind the noise from airplanes (but you get used to it quickly enough).

We just returned from this hotel yesterday. We rested from 02.10 to 10.10. The cost of the tour through Tui was 270,000 for two adults and two children per room with a sea view.
Even on the bus upon arrival in Egypt, Tui's guide asked why they chose this hotel, because the hotel, to put it mildly, is very, very not the best. Although the agent in Ivanteevka told us when selling the tour that the hotel was cool, you will be delighted. We arrived at the hotel at 9.00, check-in at 15.00. I gave 15 dollars at the reception and immediately checked into the Club room on the fifth floor. According to the staff, the room is the coolest and we will like it.
The hotel is ancient. Everything is dirty and old. Number 535.... Gentlemen. I've never seen such a dirty room in my life. The floors are dirty like on a construction site, sand everywhere, hair, furniture is all antediluvian and repeatedly glued, plumbing is all rusty, black hair is stuck in the bathroom, tiles are cracked, curtains are dirty. It's just trash. Okay, forget it. We decided to change the room the next day (the children were very tired), because for such money the Arabs would go to the farm to catch butterflies. At night it turned out that the Panorama Club was right in front of the hotel, where music boomed all night until 4 a.m. and echoed throughout the main building. It is not possible to sleep, to sit quietly on the balcony in the evening too. The next morning, we moved to the 900th building on the mountain in the superior 945 room. The room is also scratched, but clean enough. The silence is complete at night) By the way, the manager who escorted us to the room, when asked why everything was so bad with cleaning, said that it was better to choose a hotel away from the center, the service there is better.
The restaurant in the main building is old with very dirty furniture. He sat down in a T-shirt and stuck to a chair. I'm not kidding. The food is the same for all 8 days. There is practically no variety. The food is served by the staff. We ate in our building in the second restaurant. The food is the same, but you put it on yourself. There are no children's tables. There are not even French fries in the bars near the pools during the day. You won't believe it. To the beer... Tadamm... Sweet rolls from breakfast.
By the way, there is no WiFi in the rooms and on the territory. Only at the reception, and then every other time, and extremely slow. The territory on the mountain is quite well maintained. Beach... The hotel is on the second line, and no matter how you look at it. From the main building 10 minutes with children, from the mountain 20. It didn't bother us much, but we were offered this hotel as the first line. They lied. The hotel has two beaches, old and new. There are very few sun beds and not enough for everyone. There is no chance to occupy them after 7 a.m. Bags, cups and other filth are floating in the sea. As in Sochi on the central beach in short)
Anyway, guys. This is three stars relative to Turkey's five stars. Absolutely. It's even funny to compare.
Everyone I talked to at the hotel was shocked upon arrival. Almost everyone changes their numbers. I met the girls on the first day, they cried the whole night. It was a shame for them for the money they spent (

A very beautiful, new and cozy hotel. Very friendly animators. They will always ask: "How are you?", cheer up) 2 heated pools (4 in total). Almost all animators are Russian speakers😌 As for the food, there is enough of everything, but it is not clear with drinks (in the vending machines there is only karkade compote and water (+ mint lemonade, but this is ordinary water without taste)) The bar has alcoholic drinks and soda, there are no juices. (Sometimes you can make homemade juice from fresh fruits for breakfast)
The sea is 10 minutes from the hotel (there are no corals, only sand, but there are fish) The territory is small. Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired.
But despite everything, the hotel is 10 out of 10

The furniture and plumbing are a bit old, but everything is intact and in working order (except for the sockets: one worked). I liked everything about the food too, you could find it to your taste. The food is good by the standards of the resorts of Egypt, again, it is better not to drink anything from meth alcohol except beer, since the quality leaves much to be desired and it is disgusting. Buy in duty free for your entire vacation at once. The beer in the bar is also so-so, very weak, but you can get it in bottles at the store, it's not expensive at all. Next to the most popular street, and everyone wants to breed you for money, and some even in the most brazen way, do not fall for tricks, but it is better to always go to the same hookah bar. I had a vacation in 2007, so a lot could have changed since then. Therefore, I do not agree with the reviews "polite staff", "good cuisine", crabs and so on. None of this happened. In 10 days, sausages with eggs were so tired that they were not bought for half a year. The total absence of meat dishes. Some thin strips of incomprehensible black meat. We dreamed of eating shish kebab. The drinks were terrible. Yuppie-type powdered juice was bred in the bar. The beer seems to be diluted with water. There is also a problem with drinking water, it had to be bought for a lot. Dad didn't have any water in the room, they gave it to him and you won't call the waiters to pour you water. That is, there was a constant problem with thirst. The bungalow was really far from the sea, which made it too lazy to go to the beach for the second time. The rooms are gorgeous. Yes, it's clean, the room was cleaned every day. The food was like this: in the morning rolls, sausages, fried eggs, lunch, various wilting salads and many rolls that I do not eat. And a lot of semolina desserts like puddings, tasteless. No crabs, lobsters, fish, fruits, nothing like that. Once on the beach, someone said that there were rolls for dinner, but we didn't even see them. In the evening, I had to wait a long time for the tables in the restaurant to be free, because there were no places, of course, they left and came later and, of course, there was nothing left to eat. In the morning, pizza was made from the cherished salads. The waiters were cheeky and approached the Russians last, around the Italians and others they hung around, wanting to serve. In general, of course, the sea covers everything, but I would choose a different hotel

The choice is large and the shop at the hotel was pleasantly surprised - the prices do not break.
