I really liked the hotel. European food. Lots of entertainment games for kids. Good animation. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The staff is Russian-speaking. He always came to the rescue and solved all the issues. Live music during dinner. 4 a la carte restaurants (Turkish, Mexican, Italian, Indian) water slides. 4 pools. 2 of them are heated: a pool with slides and a pool for adults. There are gorgeous and varied shows in the evening . In the beginning for children and then for adults. From the 280m long pontoon you can see the coral reef and beautiful fish. There is a very shallow approach from the shore not to swim. The water is the purest. There is a separate children's room in the restaurant with children's tables and a TV. On the fish day, royal shrimps, squid, and 3 types of fish were served. The cakes are very beautiful and unusual. There were also M&M candies, chocolate-covered nuts, and marmalade worms for the children. Chocolate tubes, meringues, macaroons, various chocolates, lots of oriental sweets. The room has everything you need, the furniture is good and new. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a bathtub. The territory is green. There is grass and palm trees everywhere. Trampolines for children are called in the evening.

We stayed at this hotel with our family (2 adults+1 child 7 years old) in the first half of August 2024. It's a very nice hotel. Very varied food, for breakfast there is fresh orange juice, undiluted nutella! And lots and lots of other things. There are always themed dinners. Very active and interesting animation, it never let you get bored, but it also didn't bother you if you didn't go to participate in a contest or something like that. It's a great kids' club. There is a beautiful reef, many different fish, large and small. A 4+ room, but a mattress with a pillow on 5+++++ . We rested for 15 days, and it flew by like one. There are many swimming pools, while the territory of the hotel is very compact, everything is nearby. The alcohol is of good local quality, and they make a variety of cocktails. The glasses are glass!!! There are not many crows, on the contrary, white birds live on the territory, I do not know what they are called. There is also a fish pond. I recommend it!

A lovely hotel
The territory is excellent, there is a lot of greenery, they take good care of it, but the cleaning of the territory is a bit lame. There is a place to walk, the architecture does not shine, of course, but in general it is very good.
The room was great, yes, there are moments with a little shabby furniture, but nothing critical. It was not very convenient to get into the cleaning schedule, they came to clean for about an hour, and just at that time I wanted to go get ready for lunch.
Food: for Egypt, it is beyond praise. There is a wide variety, there has always been meat, fish, and chicken. Yes, in some places the roasting is unnecessary, but this is the case everywhere. There were even delicious shrimps twice a week.
There wasn't enough fruit, but it was possible because of the season.
Pastries and sweets - my respect, very tasty. There was even a brownie once.
The alcohol was decent, there was never a hangover, but we also drank a maximum of two or three cocktails. The beer is really good.
Of the pools, my favorite was in the spa area, which is in the photo, he is 18+ and there are no children, you can relax in silence. The slides were viewed only from the side, there were always a huge number of children there
The sea: spring is the season of jellyfish in Egypt, and this time there were just a myriad of them. They say they're not dangerous, but at least it wasn't pleasant. Sometimes I didn't even want to go into the water.
There is no smooth approach from the beach as such. It will be very shallow there and there will be quite a lot of wildlife, including a lot of hedgehogs.
There are two exits from the pier, one to a small "pen" inside the reef, +-2.5 meters deep, basically everyone was swimming there. The second exit was towards the sea, where the depth immediately begins, the number of animals and picturesqueness were no different, there were even more different fish swimming in the "pen".
There are a lot of places on the beach, at least they always found a free umbrella.
Categorically persistent local sellers, until you talk to every obscenity, do not lag behind, but this is a plus- it's like that everywhere.
Plus, there is a minibar on the beach with fruit cocktails/smoothies/fruits, for a fee! But it was very tasty. We agreed on three dollars for a cocktail, we took two every day.
To summarize. It took a long time and painstakingly to choose a hotel and we were not mistaken. I would come back to the question again, probably yes. It's more a question of the country itself, dirt and ruin everywhere, just outside the hotel, and darkness in general.

We stayed at this hotel from April 1st to April 8th. 2 adults and 3 children (the youngest is 1.3)
I advise everyone, a great, beautiful, cozy, clean hotel. The territory is clean and green. The food is varied and delicious. Animation every day. Entertainment for children starts at 15:00. Songs, dances. The staff is very friendly. The beach is clean. The lagoon is something. In short, we are very happy with our stay.

The hotel is quite good, a small well-maintained area . The beach is equipped with sun loungers and wind protection , but you won 't be able to swim because the depth is knee- deep .The staff is friendly, except for the bartenders! Bartenders here are a separate homey caste! We were a family right after the New Year holidays, so the food was not bad for 1 week, then it got worse. Egyptian regular alcohol from plastic bottles. The rooms are new and clean. Cleaning for 5. There is animation, but it is not enough, darts, a shade table with broken rackets are among the entertainment!!! the child will be very bored.A Lot Of Europeans. We had a rest for the May holidays of 2025 (still on vacation). Overall, the hotel is good, but:
1. it's windy enough, you can freeze on the beach even at 30
2. you can swim only from the pier, from the shore there are shallow waters and small stones for 100 meters
3. rooms with a view of the construction site of another hotel (it seems all Russians are settled here), in the morning work begins at 8:00
4. there is no porridge for children for breakfast, only scrambled eggs and a queue for it
5. getting enough sleep is problematic: because the doors slam very loudly, especially in the morning, because of the open balcony and the lack of elastic bands on the slopes + there is an adjacent door between the rooms and all the neighbors can be heard

It took a long time to choose a hotel, but we settled on this one. And they didn't regret it. We checked in ahead of time, the staff is friendly. The territory is beautifully maintained, live music is played every evening. The food is varied and very tasty. Good animation. I would definitely visit this hotel again. A quiet hotel for families with children and pensioners, there are no parties here. There's nowhere to go, there's a desert all around.

The rooms are spacious and tidy. Cleaning every day is beyond praise . There are no words about the restaurant, everything is very tasty, even the simplest dishes. I visited the hotel in March. I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, always ready to help. Room cleaning is timely. There are many foreign tourists.
On the downside, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers and a bathrobe are provided if you ask.
The hotel has a concept of "caring for nature". There is a lot of food, a paradise for a sweet tooth.

The hotel left the most wonderful impressions)
We had a rest at the end of January. We also chose based on reviews and did not lose. The staff is very cheerful, they entertained my child as much as they could) the rooms are clean, very cozy and spacious. The room was given immediately with an excellent location- close to the pools and the sea.
The sea is certainly cool for a child, I swam from the pier. But of course it was windy and cool. They mostly spent most of their time at the children's pool with slides. It's very hot there and the water temperature is optimal.
The food is very tasty. According to reviews, I went to the kitchen tuned to 4. In fact, it's all 10. Especially dinners: grilled duck, turkey, tuna, salmon, shrimp, just lots of fruits, strawberries. The desserts are simply incredible and there is a huge selection. Each dinner was themed to a specific cuisine.
Animation. I also drove according to the reviews, having adjusted that it was not there. In fact, I haven't seen such entertainment for a long time. First, aquanrim and a disco for children, then adults are entertained. Every evening there are artists with incredible dancing and live music
In general, we were very satisfied. I strongly recommend it
There are minor disadvantages to the note: the children's room is old and practically without toys, the child had nothing to do there.
There are a lot of foreigners smoking in the bar where the children's animation took place. There is no separate smoking area, at least during the period of children's animation. It's alien to Russians, it's not accepted in our country. Therefore, Russian mothers periodically drove smoking ladies))

The hotel is normal, the staff is friendly, the pool is good. There are slides for children (and for adults)) The food is not luxurious, but very decent. If you want to see the fish, then not here: swimming in the sea is possible only in a small area with an entrance from the pier. There is no such diversity of the aquatic world as in Charm. But Luxor is relatively close with interesting excursions. Our room was nice, spacious, cleaning and bar updates every day. The territory is well maintained. We came here because of the excursions, we were satisfied)

If you, like me, were looking for a hotel for a vacation with a child, then there will be such disadvantages here. First, there is nothing to eat for breakfast, except an omelet, for which there is a queue of 15 people. As a result, the child eats a boiled egg and a cucumber. There's nothing more to give him.
Secondly, if for some reason you overslept breakfast, you will be hungry until 13, that is, until lunch. Snacks are given only from 13 o'clock and it is portioned with a plate of French fries and a burger. You don't apply it yourself, they give you a ready-made plate. That is, if you don't eat fast food, then you sit hungry until lunch. There are no other options.
About the beach, the entrance to the sea is only in the carals there are a lot of stones and shells, you can swim from the pier, but the water is very cold and there are a lot of pink jellyfish strewn all over the shore. But the weather has nothing to do with the hotel. Therefore, go ahead. There are no free sun beds by the sea. There are 3 of us. We arrive at the beach at 11 o'clock and there are no free sun beds. More precisely, they are there, towels, books, slippers are on them, there are no people, but the sun beds are occupied.
It's kind of sad to come for 400k and not be able to lie on the beach.
The room is spacious, there is a kettle of tea and coffee, but we did not use it. There are baths and a separate shower cabin. I get killed every day. They give you water, pepsi, and sevenup.

There is animation, but it's a little weak.

The shore itself is cool and very suitable for relaxing with a child, since 100 meters is a small depth, the shore is protected by reefs so that the shark will not swim). Again, thanks to the reef, the waves are extinguished and the water fluctuates slightly near the shore, you can just lie on the water. There are no fences along the shore, you can walk far enough. The water is clean, very soft, warm. The hotel is clean, the grass is mowing, there are almost no seagulls and crows of any kind, at least no one steals food from the table and does not shit on top. I will not say that the food is ah, for an amateur, but the assortment is large, of course our borscht is not enough), fish is not tasty at all and this is not only in Egypt, meat and kebab are good, sausages are also three. In any case, no one will remain hungry, there is really a lot of food, and there are no sweets at all. The beer is diluted at the bar, but it's good on the beach, it's better not to buy champagne at the bar, it tastes like ours from the bottom of the market. The staff would not say that they are immediately responsive, but they do their job, they walk in dirty things, you can see that their pants shine with dirt, not everyone of course, but most of them do not risk driving up to the vacationing ladies. They asked for an ironing board in the room, so there is a board such that laughter and a junk iron, but I coped with the task, in 5 * there is no normal ironing board for $ 20 they can not buy.
To sum up: if you do not find fault with the little things, then the rest in this hotel is quite worthwhile, dirty pants of the staff do not affect beach holidays, in restaurants on site the food is the same as on the buffet, so there is no point in going there without a voucher. Rooms can be changed easily if available. From anex tour, the representative of Fadi (or Fedya) sold excursions to tridoroga with a big smile (you can bargain at least, Google alternative services at most). We came to this wonderful hotel for the New Year. A beautiful hotel, beautifully decorated, large, with a good territory.

The food is for 4 people, but it's fair. Of the disadvantages, only corals near the shore, to swim you need to go on the water, far enough away. But with small children, it's the best thing.

I liked the hotel. Relatively new. Everything is clean and beautiful everywhere, while it works). The staff is quite helpful. The food is simple, but varied and quite tasty. A big plus for us was the huge embankment (8km) through the territories of other hotels, you can walk in the evening, run in the morning or rent a golf cart and ride with the breeze). For those who are afraid of sharks, I hasten to please, on the territory there is an entrance to the sea from panton, into the so-called lagoon there is enough space to swim, fenced on all sides by shallow water. Sharks can't physically get there.
I would pay attention to the tour guides. The advice is not to buy excursions on the first or second day, chat with vacationers who have already gone where, find out the information firsthand, since in fact not everything is as perfect as the guide will tell you. After payment, if you change your mind, it is almost impossible to return the money.

Good location of the hotel:
1. A living coral reef with fish
2. Almost constant breeze blowing away the heat
3. Nearby there is a walking path running along the entire coast to Sal Hasheesh. And only a couple of hotels, so the promenade is free.
The hotel itself is not super new, but decent service, good food and friendly staff (especially friendly after a one-dollar baksheesh) brighten up possible flaws.

We really liked the hotel, although there were some minor flaws, but this did not affect our rest and wonderful impressions. We were in the Epipt for the 4th time, of which the 2nd time was with a child. Several factors influenced the choice of this hotel:
1. Location - quiet, slightly remote and, most importantly, a protected area of Hurghada,
2. Reef. That's what we went for, to snorkel and swim. The pier is long, the entrance to the sea is good - steps, not an iron staircase. This is actually important for a comfortable entry into the water. You can calmly prepare, put on a mask, get used to the water, etc. Comparing the reef with previous experience, I can say this - there is something to see, there are not very many fish, but we saw moray eels, and we saw stingrays every day. There are a lot of starfish in shallow water. The reef itself is alive and there are very bright, beautiful corals. It is also important that there are always lifeguards on the pier, who are very careful to ensure that tourists do not swim onto the reef, do not feed the fish. Therefore, it was very comfortable for us to swim, even despite the waves on some days of rest. There is a diving club, but since we were swimming with a child, we were not interested. They train you, give you equipment and vests.
3. Nutrition. Well, let's not compare it with other countries, I'll say that compared to other 5* hotels in Egypt, everything is fine here. There is also meat (chicken, beef), seafood (fish, squid, small shrimp). Everything is edible enough. Soups are normal. Anything for side dishes, a separate station for pasta, pasta. Desserts are like everywhere else, there are oriental sweets - it's very tasty.
From the general information:
We got from the airport quite quickly, but be prepared that if you go somewhere on an excursion, you will be the last to return to the hotel. I won't write much about pools - one pool is large, divided into several zones, you can find sun beds, there is a bar. They lived mainly in the children's pool. There are 3 slides. 2 rescuers are constantly monitoring. There were always enough sun beds, there is a bar nearby where there is ice cream, burgers, drinks. There was another pool for adults, but since we were with a child, we did not go there. Room cleaning is daily, good, even without daily tips. Drinks at the bar were updated, linen was changed, towels were given, cosmetics in abundance. There were only toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as a shaving kit, for whom it was important. Entertainment is very non-intrusive - animation near the main pool, on the beach it's football, volleyball and throwing balls into the sand (I don't remember the name of the game). In the evening, they show cartoons, draw aquagrim. There is a kids' club, but there was no time to go there. We just took a walk once on the playground in front of him. There is a swing for children, a slide and a dazalka. The beach is excellent, with good sun loungers and wind protection, but the entrance to the sea is only in corals. It's a long walk to the depths. But the children were happy to wallow on inflatable circles, and also watched the little crustaceans, of which there are a lot. They live on rocks.
About the cons: at first we wanted to move into a room of the wrong category - on the ground floor without a balcony and without a sea view, but after our explanations that we did not pay for this, we were given what we expected without unnecessary objections. Nice room on the 2nd floor, with a partial view of the sea and the neighboring hotel. The room was located on the right side of the building. If they had settled in the left one, the view would have been on an abandoned construction site.
Not everyone speaks and understands Russian, and they don't speak English very well.
Once the safe broke, I had to wait a long time for a locksmith. But after the 2nd call at the reception, everything was resolved pretty quickly. It turned out that the safe was blocked due to the fact that perhaps someone, and presumably our son, pressed something on it. So be careful and keep children away from the safe.
The Internet is very weak here. I advise you to buy a SIM card at the airport. By the way, when the safe was repaired, they offered to give us high-speed Internet for free, but we refused, because we no longer needed it.
I recommend this hotel to those who do not expect a huge hotel area, an abundance of entertainment

I visited this hotel in April 2024, the place made an ambiguous impression, the rooms were small, cleaned every day, but on average, although they left dollars.
The kitchen is 4 stars, I didn't notice any variety. There are juices, but diluted with chemical. Local alcohol is a swill, but you can't put your own on the table.
A lot of Arabs... Just darkness.

It's not enough in the morning. The pontoon is long, shared by two hotels. There is a reef on the big water, but we did not ask to go there. Overall, the sea is beautiful.
The food is good, plentiful, delicious. Lots of meat, decent fish once a week, other days only tilapia. Shrimp and squid several times a week. Water and soft drinks in the amount of "as much as you want". Food, however, too. Coffee is bullshit. Tea bags. We had alcohol with us, we didn't try the local one. Ice cream is good only at dinner, by the pool and the sea is bullshit. We had dinners at Mexican and Italian restaurants. So-so. Lunch too. All restaurants are clean and tidy. They clean well. Dishes and appliances are washed normally.
The staff is more or less well-trained and friendly.
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, cool.
We went to the Senzo Mall on an Uber for cash, 60 - 70 Egyptian pounds one way. The norm. To the airport, too, by Uber, 200 pounds. Also normal. Some drivers try to bend the price tag, but they immediately went to hell and another driver was called.
In general, I recommend the hotel.

After Turkey, I was shocked that the hotel was asleep after 23:00...There is no entertainment...for me, drinking, eating, swimming and lying on the beach... is not a vacation... The rest of them practically don't speak Russian, so they're not interested in us...and the whole program is only with Germans... The staff is very friendly, except by the pool and the sea- you are nobody without a tip... therefore, do not forget to give them......I think that in 60 years I may come here again...In general, the choice is because the trip to the pyramids is closer and we did it - it's unforgettable.. The sea, as everyone writes, is beautiful and not like the black and Mediterranean... Yes, fish with a mask and snorkel, if you swim well, take flippers... I didn't like the Mexican restaurant that was included in the package at all... because we ordered it at a later time, and then I want everything for free..

I ordered a ticket through Anex tour to the Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh Egypt hotel, from 09/06/2024 to 09/13/2024. and I was dissatisfied with this place, so it is for pensioners and couples with children, couples. If you want to swim in peace, then you need to go to another pier, which belongs to the LA RIVE hotel - there is a smooth descent, there are fewer people, but go from about 1 km. At 12 o'clock, the hotel falls asleep, there is no entertainment, there are no discos, there are only some show programs for children. There is a small dance floor on the 4th floor in the open air, but for some reason there are no discos, only a boring battered billiard table and table tennis, if you find a partner. In general, the conclusion is this: this hotel is for pensioners, couples, and those who like to dive and look at fish in time. If you are a young man or a girl and you eat dean (alone), then you can go crazy with boredom and longing. I went there alone and was there like a white crow. There were only all couples there, either mom and daughter, or somehow family. I only once came across a company of 3 girls, but even then, one of them went to bed at 23 o'clock, the others, according to the stories, were more lively, but the communication was short-lived, they left the next day and even they were not happy with this place - they said it was a mistake, as well as mine is with the choice and advice of a woman from a travel agency. I was not satisfied. 7 days was enough for the eyes of being there when I left, there was no regret at all. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to go, animations are bullshit, there are no discos, some couples, mostly with or without children and retired Germans, that's the whole contingent. Dinners are always the same, lunches and breakfasts are better, especially breakfasts. Bars are open around the clock, but only local alcohol is free, because it is bad, but imported alcohol is already paid for.

We returned from vacation 5 days ago, the impressions are still fresh (January 2024). The sea with a coral shore is hard and shallow, so a normal approach from a pontoon, and there is a small lagoon and corals with fish. The water in January is +24. A tiled path has been made along the entire shore of the Bay of Sal Hashish and you can walk in both directions, look at other hotels. Golf carts drive along this track (rent, you have to bargain), some are very cool. You can also swim, in principle, not only in your hotel. It is clear that no one will let you lie on a sunbed on the beach of another hotel, but swimming from a pontoon is quite possible.
The territory of the hotel is not too large, it is easy to walk everywhere. Heated swimming pool, water +29. Everywhere is clean, beautiful, well-groomed, workers are all the time imperceptibly cutting something, planting, etc. The room was very spacious, well cleaned, swans of all kinds were built on the bed. The weather was 23-28 in the afternoon, it was very windy for a couple of days, so we did not swim in the sea. In the evenings, they usually warmed up in jeans and a hoodie, and sometimes it was very warm. Animators, evening shows, excursions - everything is as usual in Egypt.
One of the big advantages of this hotel is very good food, which is important for me - even a normal thick oatmeal for breakfast could be found (perhaps the local chefs were taught to make the right porrige by the British, of whom there was probably a third in this hotel). Scrambled eggs or omelette, spaghetti, rice, vegetables, fruits, milk, sausages (beef and turkey), meat, grilled chicken and fish and boiled, a bunch of sweets and pastries, chocolate fountain, strawberries.... A small problem with drinks: tea and coffee are normal, there are some strange juices. Fresh products are made for money. There are bars and a la carte restaurants, but there is nothing special there. And there is also a fruit cocktail station on the beach and a funny Russian-speaking guy Abdoshka works there - I highly recommend him! They took fresh mixes from him for $ 2 per glass, which is less than 200 rubles at the current exchange rate. Guava, kiwi, strawberries, pomegranates and ordinary oranges, etc.
Another huge plus of this hotel is a normal gym, where there is equipment for everything: smith, Hammer, blocks, deadlifts, hyperextension, dumbbells and even 1 barbell, not to mention treadmills, ellipse, bike and AMT.

Check-in was at 23.00 , we were pleasantly pleased with a late dinner...everything is very tasty, the choice is unexpected and this is a big plus, after a long flight....We checked in quickly, the room is super👍 The food is sooo delicious and varied, the staff is friendly...All well done! We had a rest with my husband at the hotel on March 9 , 2023 . The weather is gorgeous . The sea is cool , but you can swim. The beach is reefs, we did not swim from the shore , it was very shallow and we did not want to because of the bottom. The sea from the pier is a fairy tale , very beautiful. We didn 't really see the fish from the pier , we managed to see 2 fish all the time .
The hotel is declared as 5 stars, in fact I would put 4 stars, the rooms are already tired , but everything is clean , cleaning every day, everything is in good order. There are a couple of channels in Russian. Wi-Fi 4 GB per device (free of charge ) Be sure to specify the view from the window when booking, as there are rooms facing the construction site.
There are many pools on the territory, not deep, but clean, there are heated pools. We liked the 18+ pool the most

The buffet is good , a large selection for every taste , everything is fresh . The outdoor grill is always delicious, duck, goose, lamb,fish, shrimp, variety every day.

There are also restaurants on site. Ala kart (1 time by appointment ) the Mexican restaurant is cool, cozy veranda, smiling staff, delicious tequila (extra charge) and quesadillas. You can also go to this restaurant for lunch for free every day.
But the Italian restaurant was upset , the pizza was dry , the staff was not friendly .
In general, the staff at the hotel is polite and smiling. We spoke only in Russian and there were never any misunderstandings. They will always come to the rescue and help . There is a service! For a birthday, a little room is decorated (balloons on the roof) and a small cake ( delicious)
Lovers of nightlife in the hotel will be bored.
Ideal for families and for older people.
The contingent is decent .
Definitely worth a visit to this hotel!
