Dear friends, I was pleasantly surprised that there is such a shopping center in Lugansk, which has ATMs and you can connect to local mobile operators, drink coffee, eat, buy groceries, clothes and much more. We are already used to shopping malls, but there are not so many of them in Lugansk yet. When we arrive in the city, we immediately have problems with communication, and here we can solve this rather important issue. I recommend it to everyone, your blind guide to Lugansk and not only Viktor Tartanov 😎

Excellent Matryoshka supermarket, a huge selection. There are many different boutiques in the mall, you can buy everything you need from gold to pajamas

There is a very delicious coffee in the shopping center, a super store of equipment, toys and everything :) there are long queues at the supermarket, but self-service cash desks have appeared.
