Then the session abruptly appears at 11:30, (the family does not have time) and is canceled at 12:45. We never got there. Questions 1: if they do not have time for the reservation, let them go in the general queue; 2 let them write in advance on the website "such and such a session is canceled" 3 can they allocate a certain time / day of the week for such groups? In the meantime, I'm very angry and disappointed

the skating rink is wonderful, I really liked it, the only drawback is an inadequate employee in a black hat, because of which I almost fell, because he purposefully cut me off. please ask the management to carefully select the staff — there are a lot of children at the rink, and such behavior of employees can end in disaster.
It is a pity that people forget that they work in the service sector!
We came to the rink together, plus a child, and we were allocated one cell for three!!! When asked why, they replied that since we have one check for three, then there is one cell. It is designed for two, and the child does not count! And this despite the fact that more than half of the cells remained empty! We had a good ride, but we spoiled the mood. It seems like a trifle, but there is no basic customer orientation! I really hope that my review will reach the management and in the future they will think about the convenience of their customers. Advice to Donetsk residents - buy tickets with separate checks to get a human attitude!
