Due to problems with payment (booked before departure via trip.com , a resource we have tested for a long time) I give this assessment. The staff had to double-check messages from 3 times trip.com They charged us in advance, but then they returned it. We solved the problem in a day only))). But it was extremely unpleasant, because we arrived at the conference, and all the days were tightly scheduled. Otherwise, everything is not smooth either: the furniture is tired, the breakfasts are on the terrace, but scanty, not Turkish in any way, but rather a European economy option. There is a good SPA, but the massage time is only 40-60 minutes (although in Moscow they usually do 2-3 hours). They took it specially with access to a small street, but the yell from the center was heard every night, so take earplugs to sleep. Overall, the service is not bad, but it could be better. I was amused by the fact that the sign "erotic store" was neatly hung under the hotel sign. Although she wasn't in the photo when booking.

Of the advantages of the location. The renovation is very tired, both in the room and in the hotel itself. Breakfast takes place in a picturesque cafe on the roof, but the choice is not very large.

A small, cozy hotel is a 3-minute walk from Taksim Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and ready to help with even the smallest problem. The hotel is open for breakfast, they are served on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. there is also a hammam and a swimming pool for free, but swimming caps are needed. Cleaning every day.
