The hotel is just great, there is something to compare it with in Dubai! The staff is very friendly, any problem is solved once or twice. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything you need- metro, shops, an exchange office. The rooms are all new, clean, cleaned every day. I really liked the hotel. Cozy rooms, clean, cleaning and linen change every day. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. We had a rest from March 17 to March 23, the location of the hotel is very convenient, everything you need is within walking distance. Upon check-in, a tourist tax was paid for the room on the spot. The metro is 5-7 minutes away, we went to the Dubai Mall (5 dirhams per person), to the Museum of the Future (5 drx), to the Marina Mall (3 drx). To travel on the subway, we bought a NOL card for 25 drx, of which 6 drx is charged for the card and 19 drx remains for trips. before leaving home, we had drx left on the card and we bought sweets with them, i.e. we bought a NOL card. The staff at the hotel is polite, always helped if necessary, the main language of communication is English (the translator in the phone helped out). We had only breakfast and dinner, everything was delicious and varied, dinner can be changed to lunch. They take you to the free JBR beach without an appointment on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the schedule, the bus is replenished only for seated places, they will not let you go standing, they immediately drop you off and therefore it is not always possible to go to the beach, but you can take the subway (3 drx) to the DMCC station and then you need to walk a little bit. It is better to take towels in the morning, because once after lunch we were told that they were over and we went without towels. There is a transfer to Soluna Beach, by appointment, it is very beautiful and civil, there are sun beds, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool, a towel is given on the beach itself. Some people have Soluna Beach included in the package for free, others do not, and those who are not included can travel for 100 drx. also by appointment. Information can be obtained at the reception and if included in the tour, you will be given a voucher for visiting the beach. There is a small 1 swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, but we did not go there, because there are always a lot of people there. We took a taxi to Kate Beach a couple more times, it seemed to us the most beautiful, the water is clear, there are rooms for changing clothes. Nice hotel. We liked it. Modern, fresh, interesting interior. Swimming pool, coworking, SPA and more for convenience. Excellent restaurant, delicious food and a good choice for breakfast.
Comfortable rooms. Mattresses and pillows with high-quality bed linen are very comfortable for sleeping. Daily cleaning, frequent linen change.
The metro is nearby in 7 minutes. Shops, cafes and an exchange are nearby.
The staff is helpful and try to help. Especially Aslan, who has already been written about here before.
Minus one star for a couple of nuances. The carpets in the rooms are very poorly cleaned, they look worn out. It would be better without them, less dust. Sometimes they forget to put towels in a complete set. And upon check-in, there was no requested room with separate beds. Only with one big one, but it was not suitable when traveling with an adult son. They offered to pay an additional $ 100 for accommodation in a triple room. We took a break to make a decision through the agency. The hotel claimed that the operator requested one large bed instead of two separate ones, the agency and the tour operator claimed the opposite.
As a result, as I understood, the hotel itself solved this issue and was placed for a day without additional payment, followed by replacement with our option.
By the way, the onlinetours agency did not behave very well, they did not get in touch for a long time, communicated without a desire to help, they were not even interested in how everything was eventually resolved and did not apologize for the inconvenience. We will no longer take tours through them.

I lived here for 7 days. I liked everything. The metro is not far away, the food is delicious (but many dishes are spicy). Nice staff. There are a couple of people on the staff who know Russian.
