Nice place to live and do business
Eco park is near
A range of services such as cafes and restaurants as well as mini markets around
Pricey apartments and traffic jams though
The place is relatively crowded, there are many places to sit, and spacious places under a blanket, many trees, there is a basketball court, and fountains.
A cozy green quarter of low-rise buildings in the city center, the place of residence of the old Soviet elites and creative intelligentsia. It is full of restaurants, cafes, and green parks. My happy childhood was spent here.
It's always very cozy, pleasant, and safe in this part of the city (I don't know what this is about). In any cafe, the food is tastier than in some restaurants in the city. The service is also very good (generally everywhere in C1), and the assortment is rich in stores (both large and small)
Ts 1, as a quarter, has always been considered respectable, the most valuable thing is the trees, I hope that they will be preserved... There would be fewer cars, more trees, so that people and children could have a place to walk...
My native place. I was born and lived there. The infrastructure has changed a lot. For the better. The prices in the cafeterias are very high. Like in Europe. It is necessary to reduce as much as possible.
The main district in Tashkent city, the most popular for events and establishments in the city center! Mirzo-Ulugbek district is considered the best district of the capital thanks to C-1.
There are a lot of cars, the environment is in the red, vanity, it is impossible to live(
And so, it's okay, everything is there.
This is more likely not a residential area, but Chicago(
I know this place very well) a clean and very crowded place, with a lot of cafes, shops and beauty salons) there are a lot of different cosmetics, both decorative and grooming) a cool place)
I love C-1. In this place you can find absolutely everything: restaurants of any cuisine in the world, pharmacies (including 24/7), convenience stores, bars, boutiques. There is also an Ecopark and even a Lutheran church.
The center has become a business center. All the ground floors are cafes, shops, pharmacies. Everything is expensive and rich on the streets. Not so much in the yards.
Apartment prices are expensive!
There is one disadvantage - in the warm season, everyone comes here at night to hang out, take a walk, a bunch of cars beep to each other all the time, and many drive with loud music and open windows - it's impossible to sleep!
It feels like the whole of Tashkent and visitors from the regions are hanging out here, it's too crowded and everyone is going to close cafes on the ground floors.
Well, what can I say. A very central area. With very expensive real estate. And it is more well-maintained in contrast to other areas. A place where high-ranking people and businessmen gather.
C-1 is a classic for walking, everything you need is at hand, parks, metro, a lot of fast food (KFC, WOK, BBQ Bueger, etc., bar, coffee bar, alcohol store.
A cool area with its own infrastructure, what can I say, parks, schools, kindergartens, cafes and embassies 🤣 Houses, warm, Soviet houses, very old ) But cool …
a good place with a very pleasant infrastructure for those who live there or just walk around.

The most convenient area there you can find everything you were looking for. Cafes and restaurants are at every turn. A great place to spend time and evening
