We arrived in October, and the heating in the building is not working. Cold air is coming in through the windows, and the renovation was done very poorly. I do not recommend staying in this building! The people who built it have no clue about construction or preparing apartments for rent.

We rented a room here as a foursome in October. A nice cozy room. A slightly romantic view from the window. The dogs nearby were slightly scared. There is a payment terminal for all banks in the lobby of the hotel. If you rent an apartment, it is convenient to pay here. Nice big parking place. It is convenient to arrive by car. Please note that there are two entrances to this building. The entrance is only on one side of the building, where the parking is. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable

You need to specify which building your apartment is in. The one addressed to Khachik Muradyan is very good. Central heating, renovation, swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The second one is a little simpler - without central heating and a lower class. And you need to take into account the distance to the center. A taxi is not expensive, it takes about 17 minutes on foot.

The eight-storey hotel complex is located 1.5 km from the city center and 3 km from the ski lifts. It consists of apartments that are rented out. Very high-quality repairs and remoteness from the hustle and bustle make it attractive for recreation. Otherwise, everything is very far away. There is no place to store skis and boots.

I give 4 stars for the fact that the apartments do not provide storage for skis and boots. Otherwise, it's good. If you go outside, there is nowhere to walk, construction is everywhere and there are no sidewalks and pedestrian zones. If you live in this house, then you can only travel by car.
