Budget hotel. Everything is clean, tidy, and I was pleased that breakfast is included in the price. One of the disadvantages: water collected on the floor in the shower and had to wait for it to drain into the ladder on the floor. In general, it's not bad if you just want to spend an inexpensive night.
The hotel is 3 stars. The rooms are not large, they are cleaned every day. Hair dryer at the reception.
The self-service restaurant is on the 1st floor, the food is simple but delicious. It is very convenient to eat after skiing and go to the room to relax
The curtains in the shower are not very comfortable, it's a little cramped
Excellent price-quality ratio. People who are used to living in luxury hotels, pass by. The hotel is ideal for skiers . Breakfast buffet. Very caring staff!
Close to the lifts. It is convenient to get to the ski area.
Friendly staff, they know Russian.
The kitchen is very simple, but we always found something to eat. In general, it is delicious, but without frills.
I would like to start with the advantages, but there are none, alas. As for the rooms, we had a deluxe, where the word "suite" does not contact this hotel in any way. The room is smelly, smells like shit, everything is torn, torn (plaid, curtains, curtains). No kettle, no hair dryer. New towels - you won't be questioned. The hair is black from the cleaning lady on the bed - ew. On your birthday, too, do not expect that the hotel will somehow show attention to you. If all the hotels everywhere make compliments and some kind of signs of attention, then no one will congratulate you even in words. We had breakfast included. It's also terrible. There is nothing to choose from, two types of cereals (semolina, oatmeal), but even then not every day. In general, the impressions about this hotel remained negative.
I liked the hotel. We had a rest in March 2024. There were not many visitors at the hotel at that time. They are fed in large portions in the restaurant, which is located right in the hotel. The ridiculous cost of any meal. There is a billiard room and a library. The staff is helpful and courteous.
About the hotel.
I should immediately note that we are not particularly picky about housing. We spend the whole day on the slope, and all we need from the hotel is a delicious breakfast, and a cozy room with a comfortable bed to sleep in.
Alas, we did not receive either.
Breakfast.
You can have breakfast from 9 to 11. We always arrived at 10 and always stayed hungry. The choice of food is very meager: bread, 1 type of tasteless sausage, 2 types of cheese, sometimes there is 1 type of baking, buckwheat and sausages (also tasteless), instant coffee, boiled and fried eggs - but that's all, if you're lucky and stay, because if it ends, then there is little chance that they will replenish.
It happened that we came and there were no eggs or there was no COFFEE! Milk for coffee was always asked, because it was not replenished. We had breakfast with bread and black tea a couple of times)))
As a result, on the 4th day they freaked out and began to come with their food, they only took coffee.
Number.
A very tired room. The furniture is old, but that's okay, it's not that important. The walls are dirty, with broken plaster. The bed creaks, the mattress is sagging, and the spine feels every spring, the pillows are thin. After the rides, of course, we slept like dead, but we woke up like beaten))) I would like to note that our room was a junior suite.
Plus: they clean every day, we hung up a sign, and we regularly washed the floors, changed towels, replenished the stocks of soap and soap.
The distance from the slope.
In other reviews, they wrote that it was cool, convenient, everything was nearby! No, guys, it's not like that) yes, it's about 500m to the slope, but it's uphill! Into a steep mountain! We walked on the first day, and we were incredibly tired of walking, considering that we still have to carry equipment, and there are those among us who are wearing ski boots. In the following days we took yand.taxis also drove to the slope for 300 drams (and local bombers charge 1000 drams, 500 to the barrier + 500 to the slope). We were already walking back, it's not so tiring from the mountain.
There is accommodation much closer and more conveniently located, I recommend choosing something else, or looking for a hotel with a transfer.
There is nothing special in the hotel itself, only backgammon and billiards, the bar is open every other time.
The water in the shower is either cold or hot, it is not comfortable to wash.
Drinking water in the cooler at the entrance to the hotel.
I couldn't eat in the dining room for money, because there was nothing, I had to go to cafes in the city.
The booking says that the hotel has a spa, but this is not the case. He's not here. We went to a nearby hotel, there is a swimming pool, hammam and sauna (6000 AMD per person).
The staff here is helpful and friendly. But that's probably all of the advantages.
I hope my feedback was helpful. Have a good rest!
The rooms are tiny, the beds were the most annoying. We kicked off all our legs on their sharp corners. It's a little expensive for such a hotel. There is no place to dry ski boots, so bring your own dryers. One of the niceties : a very nice girl works downstairs in the restaurant :)
