Wonderful place, delicious cuisine, friendly hostess and courteous staff. I highly recommend trout on the grill, you can lick your fingers. The prices are not biting, it's cozy. The tables along the river are very atmospheric. I advise you to visit.

Our family expresses great gratitude to the owners and all the staff for the Caucasian hospitality, delicious dishes and fast service. Lamb, French fries, homemade feijoa compote, shish kebab, homemade pickles, breakfasts, khachapuri....This is your hobby! Khachapur boat is just something incredibly delicious. Delicious food, a very inviting atmosphere, a beautiful view if you sit below with umbrellas, there is a river and mountains.

We were in New Athos, I went to see where to eat and according to the reviews we chose this place. And I am very glad! Very tasty barbecue, sooooo, beautiful place, very good service! It's really nice! Moreover, often in places with poor service, they impose 10% on the bill, but there is no one here and the hand reaches out to leave a tip.

We stopped on the way to the hydroelectric power station. We took a glass of beer and hashlama. The hashlama turned out to be good, fat, with a piece of meat and vegetables, fresh and satisfying. The beer is cold and fresh. At the back of the cafe there is a playground with a magnificent view of the mountain river (you sit almost by the water). The prices are normal, the portion is good. Anhua Cafe is one of the best establishments in New Athos!!! The food is very tasty, cooked from the heart, the service is very fast, I would like to thank the waitress Esmeralda separately!!! They came constantly with the child, she immediately endeared the baby to herself with kind conversations with flirting, after which he constantly wanted to go there, and also really liked all the food that was brought to him. Delicious cooking, fast serving of dishes
Waitresses - a separate conversation - are always polite and smiling. The prices are average, as in the nearest cafes. We ate here almost all the time on vacation.
I'm completing it. We came back to New Athos in 2024. The service and prices continue to please. Everything is delicious! If we come back to this wonderful country, we will definitely eat only here. 🙂

Being in Abkhazia for a week, namely in the city of New Athos, we were lucky enough to find, it's a pity that it's late, a wonderful cafe! Everything is fine here, starting from the smile of the staff at the entrance , ending with prices) The prices are average, as in neighboring restaurants, but there is not necessarily +10% of the service, and the girls here are the nicest, so you yourself will be happy to tip them, and not when you are "forced".
The portions are pleasant enough, they don 't get greedy, and 1 cook and 1 assistant prepare food for you, but everything is fast enough!
A separate plus is the view! It is very clean, there are no unpleasant odors from the water and you feel secluded.

There are dishes that are very popular.The feed is as comfortable as possible in time, it happens that you need to wait a little, but it is not critical. We wanted to have a snack, the receptionist recommended this place. In principle, I liked everything, but there are small nuances that spoiled the impression. But I will not lower the star because of this.
As you go deeper into the restaurant, there is a very beautiful place by the river, where there are also tables. But it was impossible to sit there because of a neighbor who was mowing the grass on his property. The waiters said they had been hearing this sound for three days. But this is a general disadvantage, not the fault of the institution.
We took caesar, chanakhi, lemonade and tangerine juice with us (ordered according to reviews). It's a minus for the juice, because in fact it was diluted orange, their tangerines were not ripe yet, it's too early for tangerine.
They also noted that the tomato was cut into huge chunks, it was possible to do it more carefully.

And dumplings with homemade cheese, as grandma cooked. We were treated to juice for the first time, and excellent homemade wine for the second time. We visited this cafe today. We were guided by reviews. The place is large, the staff is polite, and the service was fast. Khachapuri is delicious, there is enough cheese, moderately salty, not greasy. The coffee in Turk is delicious. The shish kebab (pork) is fatty, I returned exactly 50% of the fat on the plate, the waiter was surprised (didn't like something?). Barabulka, what kind of game have they brought us, it's so easy to poison people. The smell of fish is unbearable, as well as the taste. The evening was ruined. They gave the money away, they didn't eat. The mood is 0. I don't recommend it. They work on quantity, not quality. 👎

The house has everything, a washing machine, an iron, a microwave, a wonderful cafe nearby (on site), where they just insanely feed.
Everyone is very hospitable, there is Parking for a car, 10 minutes to the sea without hurrying through the park or street.

We had a vacation with friends in Abzasia in May of the 23rd year. We tried to eat in different places every day. One day, in search of a cafe where there is a hookah, Anhua came in. By the way, it is one of the few places where it exists. We were immediately greeted by a very nice and pleasant waitress Esmeralda (if she sees the photo, she will definitely remember us). The poor thing endured all our black and white humor and served 100%. I managed to persuade her to try the branded pate - it turned out to be incredibly delicious. And the food is all very tasty. Naturally, we asked to write a recipe for pate and now we cook at home with warm memories of a vacation in Abkhazia, Anhua cafe and a cute waitress.

We tried a few more places, but in the end, the wonderful Anhua Cafe became our place for breakfast and sometimes dinner. Thank you very much. A wonderful place! The atmosphere, perhaps, as in all local cafes, is above average. We had dinner at eight. And here the pleasant nuances began. In about 20 minutes, all the food was brought to us: kebabs, salads, vats, cocktails and other compotes. The barbecue went to everyone who took it. I took vats with pita bread and was satisfied: the meat is tender, rich broth, and the proportions of the greens are just right. I also took a dark beer and was pleasantly surprised by the taste.
Special thanks to the hookah man, for the hookah and a pleasant conversation.
One of the group did not like Caesar: the meat is tough, the grass is soft, the cheese is not tasty. Tastes are debated. The rest were all satisfied.
