Unique natural conditions. Only here in Europe does a forest of deciduous trees grow at an altitude of 2000 m. The sports base is being reconstructed. There is everything for active recreation and tourism. Lake Sevan is a 1-hour drive away.

Nice rooms, room equipment. The staff is very polite. Beautiful mountain views. The cafe is normal. Places for walking. There is a swimming pool with panoramic windows nearby.
