This is a quiet and elegant hotel. The staff are wonderful! They accept Western credit cards, also.

The price-quality ratio is probably normal.. but it's not a good impression.. everything is so old, shabby, the concierges are on the floors, the audibility is good (if the concierge finds out something with someone, everything is perfectly audible)
My room had access to the glazed lobby of the hotel with construction debris (it's an unpleasant sight and it's problematic to ventilate the room - the battery was warming at full speed, and it was not yet outside in November It's very cold.. I wanted to air it out, but it's a bummer)

We arrived from Chelyabinsk with our family , with a small child, arrived late in Kostonai, and did not have time to change the money, but the responsive staff moved into the room, changed it to local currency in the morning and paid off, of course, left the Russian currency as collateral!

4 stars only for those people to whom we come. There are no facilities for people who are waiting. The sofas are old and falling through. And chairs are not available everywhere. There is a dining room on the ground floor, the smell from the kitchen is absorbed into your clothes and you just leave there as from the kitchen. It's not very pleasant. There are enough good specialists and come for them. You can find all the masters, manicurists, pedicurists,hairdressers,speech therapists,tutors and you can not go to the message.

I had to stay here for a few days. What can I say, the hotel of the last century, the entire interior of the "Babushkin" under the USSR. The bathroom/bathroom needs updating, but is generally clean. If you need something, you constantly have to go "begging" to the maid on the floor. We stopped by the suite: we did not complete the linen, shower sets, the iron did not work, there was only one bathrobe for everyone and it was scary to put on... in general, you can spend the night, but without much comfort. The staff at the reception is really hospitable, dressed in uniform, as responsive as possible..

A good hotel.
Not too modern, but the room is clean, the sheets are fresh. A large comfortable bed. There is Internet, but the speed is low.
The staff is friendly.
There is a nice dining room on the second floor, but it does not work on weekends. The restaurant is mediocre, more like another dining room, but you can eat.

We arrived on August 21. We stopped by late, but they found us a room.
The room was nice, spacious, the beds were clean. WiFi works, TV too.
The price is satisfactory, the location is excellent! In the center, everything is nearby. Kostanay is a pretty beautiful city.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The rooms are shabby but clean. Wi-Fi is free, but slow. The staff is polite. For me, the main thing was his location, he came to open a bank account.
The ATM of the local savings bank hosting mir, PSC, Beeline office and branches of local banks that still opened accounts for Russians - all this turned out to be within walking distance.
There is also a decent canteen in the hotel, where you can have a decent two-course meal and compote for 170 rubles (at the intersection with our money) - I recommend it.
Well, in general, it is quite possible to spend one or two nights. Moreover, the price is ridiculous.

Great hotel, clean and cozy! Polite staff. Only on August 19, 2023, arriving at half past one in the morning, a guard did not let us in from the station. He said there were no rooms available. I had to look for a place to sleep at night with a one-month-old baby in my arms.
As it turned out, the rooms were free the next day. What this guard didn't like about us is unclear.

The room has a refrigerator, kettle and air conditioning, but for some reason without a remote control. Otherwise, the material base is a Soviet hotel.
If you only need to spend the night, then it will do fine.
A wish to the managers: well, screw a shelf and hooks in the toilet room, because there is nowhere to put a toothbrush or a towel to hang.
The big plus of this hotel is its location, the entire center is within walking distance.

If you need to spend the night in Kostanay, it is quite a good place. There is hot water, the sheets are snow-white. And if you need hangers for clothes, a bedside table - you need to ask - they will bring it. We had breakfast included in the price - it turns out we had to ask for breakfast coupons upon check-in. They gave it away. The neighbor in the room behind the wall was talking on the phone - every word could be heard. And the rest is great! The floor attendants are very attentive and well-meaning.

The child lived with his team on the 5th floor of this hotel. When I came to their rooms, to put it mildly, I was shocked, the bed linen could have been thrown out 5 years ago, the mattresses and blankets were torn, toilet paper was missing, of course, shower gel, shampoo and brushes too.

Such inexpensive rooms are convenient for those who arrive in Kostanay on a business trip. Everything is done inside the room and the building in an economy version, but the main thing is clean. The room is cleaned, disposable packages with shampoo and soap are provided. But hotel slippers, disposable ones, for some reason, are not always given :-). Some rooms overlook the courtyard (quiet), some overlook the street. The cafe serves delicious breakfasts with 7 options to choose from. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Breakfast of 2 eggs and bread with butter is included in the price or is paid separately 450 TNG, adding an additional egg, sausage and cheese to a sandwich increases the cost to 1400 TNG.

Accordingly, no one returned the money for the items❗️❗️❗️On the second day, we were moved into a room on the 3rd floor where we had to wait another 15 minutes for the maid to give us the room key.
