Never take your animals there!
On August 27, 2024, we took a cat to this clinic. The cat never had a special love for food, but in those days he just completely refused it. At some point, he started drooling. We didn't see anything special in the cat's mouth, but we firmly decided that the animal had some kind of problem with its teeth.
We didn't have any clinics in mind, so we decided to look through friends. And this one was recommended to us.
After bringing the cat to the doctor's appointment, we found out that he has a large tartar in his mouth, and also that the animal has an enlarged kidney. In order to screen out the presence of kidney disease, we were asked to bring his urine for analysis. In parallel, the cat's tartar was pulled out, wounds were treated in the mouth, a steroid and an antibiotic were injected. When we arrived home, the cat immediately attacked the food, but ate very little. We thought that he was still unable to eat properly due to stress and possible pain in his mouth.
The next day, when we took the urine for analysis, the cat was still in the same incomprehensible condition. It was as if he was only getting worse. Repeated probing of the kidneys did not help to determine anything: the kidney decided to miraculously shrink (which is most likely complete nonsense). The urine test was just wonderful. The cat was sent home, as everything was fine with him according to the tests. Finally, he was injected with a steroid and an antibiotic once more.
The next day, the cat did not eat very well again, just lay there all day, and also threw up a couple of times. After consulting with a doctor, she convinced us that the ointment she prescribed for wounds in his mouth could make him sick, and the sluggish state was due to the injected steroid.
We went to this clinic again. The cat was injected with a vitamin, also injected with nausea, and something to increase appetite. For the rest of the day, the cat darted from corner to corner. If he was walking somewhere, he could stop abruptly, freeze for 10-15 seconds, and stand swaying. We didn't understand what was happening to him at all. After all, we only came with a tartar!
We called them again the next day. There was no longer any trust in the vet clinic, but it was interesting to find out what they would say this time. The answer was killed:
— Bring the cat, we will twist and turn it.
It was a complete shock. How can you treat an animal like that? He's not a toy. You can't just twist and turn it. In general, everything was clear.
We found another clinic where we urgently had a BLOOD test. Not urine, but blood. And the blood showed everything, as in spirit. The cat has grade 4 kidney failure. This, of course, is not treated.
Yes, we wouldn't have saved the cat anyway. Because this insidious disease usually manifests itself in the last stage, and the cat would have died anyway. But why was he being bullied like that? Why mess with your head? If you have found an enlarged kidney, then cling to it, continue to build on it, and do not inject the cat with all sorts of vitamins and steroids.
Take care of your animals! Don't take them to this clinic! If you do not know where to take the cat, then choose clinics where at least there is equipment for tests, ultrasound, and so on. This clinic only does a urine test (and that's wrong). They send them to other veterinary clinics for a blood test.
The cat died on September 3...
Never take animals there!
They used to be on Hovnatanyan. Lilya - as she was a talentless person, she remained so. At least I took courses in veterinary medicine. To diagnose a half-dead cat without a blood test is blasphemy and money pumping. My husband unknowingly drove to them, examined them visually and prescribed one pack of pills, THAT's IT! When I was lucky again and saw Lilya, everything became clear to me. They killed my dog to death when they were still working for Hovnatanyan. Nothing has changed. If you do not know how to treat, then say so, and do not thoughtlessly prescribe medications that can make it even worse! As there was a reputation - a ticket to the pet cemetery, it remained so.
Take care of your tailed ones. Take them to places where there is equipment and good reviews. Look right away - how they initially diagnose and what they do for this, but you don't need to twist and turn a half-dead cat.
I remember there was a situation with a kitten that I picked up, it was sluggish, I wanted to leave it, and after a few days my stomach swelled, stopped walking completely and fell ((( I brought it to the Healer, the girls immediately identified the problem even without a long diagnosis, in short, there was a whole bunch of worms and parasites in the stomach of a month-old kitten!!! I was very impressed by this, I didn't even think that such a thing could happen, and after the enema he seemed to be galloping like a new one, but I thought everything... I ADORE THIS CLINIC, Lilia is the head and the doctor is cool and Anya is cool, it is clear that she loves animals very much, always hugs and feels sorry for sick tummies, they know their business, I have been bringing for many years homeless kittens for rescue and treatment, the girls do everything competently and quickly without pumping out extra money, sometimes the diagnosis is obvious, and many clinics will not calm down until all the juices are squeezed out, and I have visited many clinics in Donetsk. The doctors of this clinic really worry about woolly faces, sometimes they don't even take money for the homeless, they get into the situation and save from the soul. Thank you very much girls with a big heart.

A wonderful clinic. Doctors have helped our pets more than once. Now we are under regular supervision. They perform nail trimming, hairstyle, examination, necessary injections and vaccinations, and passport issuance. Once again, thanks to them from the owners of the "shipun" (in the past) Canopy!
Kst. "money and time" - Do not pull. You just need to regularly monitor your pet at the Veterinarian, and not just in a deplorable case. It's a sin to talk about such people.
My cat began to itch and over time began to take on the appearance of a second-hand slavuta, reacting weakly to food. The muzzle is red, there are bloody scratches near the ears. I brought it to the clinic, I live nearby. The doctor diagnosed it in 15 seconds, a scrape was taken, and the diagnosis was confirmed in 2 minutes. In a week and a half, my cat turned on the purr like in the good old days. By the way, she was sterilized 5 years ago in the same clinic without complications. Thank you all, everyone is happy!
