They were asked to call the founders so that they could confirm the changes by phone and whether they were even aware that a person had come by proxy. It is incomprehensible to the mind. and for that matter, toilets were made in the new public service centers, thank God, because the waiting time can be 3-4 hours, to my surprise, when I entered the women's room, a man, an employee of this center, began to break in and tell me that this is a shared toilet, and to my question: and where is the female one then? he said that there is no one. i.e., there is a male and there is a common one ! as a woman, it shocked me. I wanted to complain to the Ministry of Justice, but you can't get through there either!!!!!
If you need to get a PINFL, then quickly. And if there are requests for copies of documents (a single window, such as an MFC), then there is an endless queue even on weekdays and most importantly - take a translator! The youth works in the main department, they understand Russian at the hello level. Two out of 10 employees had the same story. Fortunately, there was a person with me who spoke Uzbek, otherwise they would not have been able to understand me with my request for copies of documents for relatives...
It's just disgusting! The room is cold, everything is blowing. Employees are sitting in their clothes. This institution is open from 9:00. We took a number at 9:02 and have been sitting for almost an hour, waiting for a miracle
The question is, if everyone is sent here, for ALL QUESTIONS! Then why couldn 't the staff be increased ? What is all this for, why is this place if you spend hours here ?!?!?!?
