A room where there is no management who is in another building and the staff is on their own. I'm describing a game that can happen to you in this gym.: Marianne, an elderly woman, is sitting at the reception with a very tense face, giving the impression that there is some kind of mental tension inside and she is unhappy with being here. The 1st situation. It's hot outside 33 gr. There are even more people in the hall - 15 people are all wet, they are loaded, some girl tells me that it is impossible to practice and asks me to turn on the air conditioner if I can. In Kharkov, in the same heat, an ambulance took a person from the gym - his heart cracked in the heat and under load. I turn on the air conditioner, but the instructor who comes for one client immediately turns it off (it turns out Marianne is arguing with the coaches so that they don't turn on the air conditioner). I go to Marianne and ask her to turn on the air conditioner - she gets up angrily, swears to herself and runs into the gym - then she swears with the instructor. The point is that the customers are sick of turning on the air conditioner, as it turns on and blows over her. Thus, let 15-20 clients suffocate in the hall in the heat, but the air conditioner will be turned off for her sake. She does not understand that she is an administrator in a sports institution and training in such heat can be dangerous for the health of visitors - the main thing is that she would be comfortable. Situation 2 - I bought some new vanilla protein and drink it after a workout in the fitness cafe area. Marianne abruptly starts not talking, but literally yelling at me that her protein is smelly, that she needs to drink protein in the locker room, at that time there are 4 people in the hall and she yells at me all over the hall and appeals to them to support her screams. When I say what's wrong with you, what are you yelling at, you can just come up and say if something is wrong, she starts yelling even more. I go to the locker room - the screams continue. I was completely shocked. I assume that someone arranged an acquaintance, just to sit and give out the keys. Words cannot express how offended I was. Then two months later, she called under pressure from the management, started babbling, said she had personal problems and it so happened that she poured everything on me. When I suggested that she do this not secretly over the phone, but gather all the people who were there and do it publicly, she remained silent. I don't go to this gym anymore, because it's very disgusting. According to rumors, she also yelled at a guy inexperienced in classes who came to study in open shoes simply not knowing the rules of attendance. And the biggest joke is that 1.5 years have passed, I'm walking next to this gym and I hear some screams on the street - I turn around - she's yelling at someone on the phone, it turns out she still works there. One of the advantages of this gym is coach Andrey, an unobtrusive, cultured person, literate, if you contact him, he will tell you important points, teach you something, and if you have been in sports for a long time.

It's a pretty room. The price and quality correspond. Nice admins and coaches. Clean and tidy. There is a cardio room - 3 tracks, an ellipsoid. Overall, everything is fine. We need a coach and they are good there!
It is quite a good hall for working with metal, but a very significant drawback: the floor covering is too slippery for deadlifts, for example, and squats with a barbell. In principle, it is impossible to do deadlift on such a coating. For those who plan to do deadlifts or squat with a barbell, it is better to look at another gym with a suitable non-slip coating. On the plus side, the atmosphere is pleasant, there is metal.
I needed a gym for training, I decided to go in to see, I decided to check the staff a little, I saw a cafe inside, I went in and asked if the cafe was working, but they said it wasn't working, maybe a staff cafe, but it worked, I just wonder what difference it makes which service I came to use, I myself am an arm wrestling CMS, I am looking for a gym for training sessions
I liked it when there was a center here, where there was a GOOD gym with GOOD instructors, when there were infrared saunas in the locker rooms, there were massage rooms with GOOD massage therapists and there was a beauty salon. And now - the "boxing gym" and separate cardio equipment and THAT's IT!!! And the service, to put it mildly...
When buying a subscription, they did not warn that the gym does not work on Sundays during the summer period.
And anyway. What does it mean that the gym is not open on a day off?
