I would like to share my extremely unpleasant experience of visiting the laboratory! First of all, I would like to note the extremely unfriendly behavior of the staff in the 7th building! The nurse who was supposed to take my test showed an absolute lack of professionalism and respect! She pointedly didn't answer my perfectly ordinary question, giving the impression that she wasn't in the mood to talk to me. When I asked again, I received a sharp answer that she was "not deaf," which, to put it mildly, was extremely inappropriate.
Then the process of taking the analysis itself was very painful, which did not happen in other laboratories that I often visited. It felt like the nurse was either not qualified enough or was deliberately neglecting my comfort!
I strongly recommend that the laboratory pay attention to the level of service and the attitude of staff towards visitors, as such behavior is not only unacceptable, but also repels potential customers. The health and comfort of patients should be a priority, not an unlucky morning nurse!
I hope to improve the quality of service in the future.

In the evening, at home, she palpated her breasts and discovered an education. In the morning, they demanded payment for a repeat appointment) I got to her for an appointment, a paid ultrasound was done at the reception and I was persistently convinced that I had a fibroadenoma, which was enough to observe and I didn't need to go anywhere else and a momogram was not needed. It's a good thing you didn't listen. A week later, I had an operation. Diagnosis of carcinoma. Oncologists said that even the ultrasound shows a malignant tumor. I am shocked by the competence of the doctor. Come to a paid clinic and get this result. In 2025 I contacted bio-line again. My son needed to get a cardiogram for the military enlistment office. My son has been registered with a cardiologist since early childhood with type 2 AV block and extrasystole. The conclusion says absolutely healthy, the doctor commented that it was a teenager. I have not received an answer to the question of why it is "adolescent" since birth. Again, the money has been paid, but there is no real diagnosis. Don't set foot in there anymore!!! Take care of yourself.

The disgusting boorish behavior of the blood collection nurse, Alyona, at the medical center at 61 Lazarenko St., 1st floor, Kalininsky district, Donetsk: not only did she talk boorishly, she also cut a vein with a needle when she took it out, as a result of which a hematoma immediately formed. I ask the Bio-line management to take measures on the standards of patient care.
Although half a year ago, on my previous visit, with another nurse, everything went great.
