I have already had to contact you on several issues. Both for the first and the second time, the employees revealed extreme incompetence. Today, the hairy-eyed girl in hall No. 1 generally stated that it is better to go directly to those offices whose functions are now allegedly performed by the Central Executive Committee. In fact, they can't do anything in the Dnipro Central Committee, or rather they don't want to... I thought at least the director would decide something, give would-be employees magic kicks, but no! The fish rots from the head. Then why all this pathos, why such a huge useless staff that does not provide you with any services as a result???
