The time is 13:40, we came to register. All the docks are in order and with you, even put on military registration. I thought easily and quickly. But, they just don't give me a ticket at the entrance, they say the queue won't reach me until the end of the working day, come another day. We swore, argued, and in the end we were given a ticket and now we are waiting. In the third most populous city, there is only 1 PSC, as it is. I can't understand, is it so difficult to register? Where is digitalization, why are three people sitting at the entrance pretending to work and in fact they send everyone back in a row - contradicting each other, i.e. one says to give the ticket, the other says no, one says only they have such a queue and the other says it everywhere. I think you can do business here, i.e. in the morning you print coupons and sell them to someone who is in a hurry...
I was very satisfied with the service. However, I had to wait about an hour and a half in line . But I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my question was resolved.
The queue is just terrible. Any day now. The service speed is low. Of the 16 windows, only half are working. In the morning, you take a ticket if you're lucky and sit and wait until the evening. Or maybe the queue will not reach. People come at 5 a.m. to sign up for a queue. If you come by 9:00, you can safely turn around and go home.
Everything is fine, except for the speed of service, if you arrived at 8 and received a ticket, be ready to wait until the end of the working day to stand waiting for your turn.
