working people are disgusting. It's totally disrespectful, and they're also illiterate. I'm surprised they were hired at all, since the service staff doesn't know what ethics is? You don't seem to care about people if you allow yourself such a boorish attitude towards them. It's a terrible place.

Wild queues!!! To make it to lunch, you need to get in line from 7 a.m. If there are any missing documents, you will lose at least 2 days of time.
