In Hall 1, DJUNUSHEVA J. is sitting at the first table. this employee spent a long time lecturing on how to be attentive, sighing that there was a lot of work and that she would only correct the birth certificate at first, and it would take "a whole hour" and it was difficult, and only the next time she would tell about the marriage. She was outraged that Naryn residents were fools and that there was a "complete f@pa" that made such mistakes with documents. She couldn't get the documents out of the computer, in general, she seemed inadequate and incompetent in her business. We picked up the documents and went to another PSC in Kant on the same day, there was business in the area. It feels like employees are being paid for the number of coupons they have received, rather than the number of people they have actually served.

They cannot provide advice at the information desk. Employees are mostly either not competent, or just lazy and don't want to work.

There is no such mess in any PSC, the electronic queue stupidly does not work. The screen is on for visibility, some guy says the numbers himself and everyone comes in without a queue. As a result, the nervousness is terrible. I had a coupon M93, when I began to resent the mess, call the call center, suddenly an inscription appeared for me to go through window 3. I pass, there is a madam with the number M98, who was not on the screen. Will anyone be able to put things in order here?????!
There are huge queues to take a ticket, you need to stand in line for 30 minutes and ask the employee, but she can ignore it even for 3 times. The department can be closed simply at will and will not even hang a sign with an explanation. It's hot in the department, it's cooler in the summer in the sun, but neither the windows open nor the air conditioner turns on.
The busiest PSC, opening hours are from 8 a.m., but even if you arrive there at 6, then sign up for a live queue on some piece of paper or in a notebook before its opening, I have never seen such wildness and scandals as I saw here.
A nightmare! Queues - more than 250 people after 10:00! Who is bolder rushing over their heads... Or come in advance, or there are, as they say, other, more civilized PSC!!!

A crowd of people, it's better to come in advance, so about 7 a.m.
