But when an uncle in uniform appears, order appears and the electronic queue moves. The workers are trying, well done! Queues and waiting are normal! You just have to be patient - everything will be done!!! Minus the star - there are few toilets)), their repair.

It's just a nightmare what's going on in this center. You wait in line for 2 hours on a ticket. And at the same time, you don't get caught. It is written at the entrance and on the website that they work until 18.00, and in fact until 17.00. And the men sitting behind the 13th window, who is the boss of this bedlam, are very rude, unqualified, ignorant. It is a pity that in 10 years of our absence in Bishkek. The scope of the PSC has not changed in any way. You can't get far with such knowledge!
