A priori, I do not like catering establishments located in basements and semi-basements (with rare exceptions), but the name "Pilaf Center" bribed me.Unfortunately, this can be called a center with tension! We ordered pilaf with beef. Rice with vegetables is delicious, with chickpeas. Beef- it seemed that it was cooked separately, completely tasteless, non-chewing meat, very stringy. The menu does not indicate that pilaf is served with cabbage salad and the waiter girl does not say this either. As a result, they tried to cheat us on tea (instead of two cups, they counted a cup and a teapot for two, which is many times more), when they noticed, the waiter girl did not even apologize, just retreated and then we were served by either the hostess or the manager.

On June 22, we had lunch for the first time in the Center of Pilaf. I didn't like it. A shurpa of mutton (fatty) gives off a taste of koshkar meat (uncastered sheep). The meat in the pilaf is some kind of meat slicer - pieces of meat are solid synyr (connective tissue) and are not even completely cut with a knife. I showed it to the waiter.

We took an empty table, they didn't tell us anything about the reservation, we took the order.
