At 8-00 the administrator is never in place, the tutors are through one. And do you think they work at least until 16-00? No way - we tearfully ask you to pick up children 15-45, otherwise it's hard for educators to get home. In the building itself, it's dark in the evening- turn on the light- what are you doing, it's an extra 1000 rubles a month to pay- You parents walk and break your legs. You will be charged another 12,500 for the materials for the child's classes (there is paper, pencils, etc., as they explain), but the daddy for 50 rubles, which was given with drawings, you will return, you will be reminded of this 10 times. And this pettiness in everything. The approach is extremely dubious. I paid, very expensive by the standards of Donetsk, and according to the words and under the contract I agreed to certain conditions, but in fact... you don't get what you claim, and moreover, they try to do something else to get more money. But the apogee of the absurdity and the last straw was the decision of the leadership to unilaterally upgrade the qualifications of educators at the expense of parents, and at the same time reduce the time of stay of children to 15-15 days of study. There is no answer to simple questions. I.e., for an exorbitant price, are the educators insufficiently qualified now??? Why, if you want to improve their skills, then you do it ultimatum during kindergarten (under a contract, at least) and also at the expense of parents, without asking their opinion ??? Well, further on this situation- some parents (not me) began to resent- people really work, and up to 16-00 in fact, it is not enough, given that municipal kindergartens work until 17-30. Oh, what a negative attitude there was from the leadership - yes, you dared to express your opinion in the general chat. In the chat, only positive oohs and aahs can be posted, everything else is only in person. They work until 16-00, because it is difficult for educators to get home (and not because they save money again), and lo and behold, on the days of advanced training they can get home after 18-00. Just miracles, alas, but not in favor of the parents. Well, to the qualifications of the administrator, the management, the educators (I don't care who of them is not working on it). Upon admission, we issued a bunch of papers, questionnaires, etc. We've been going to kindergarten for a week now. I'm taking the child away- all in tears, why didn't you come to me? I mean, where didn't you come ??? We had a parent-teacher meeting, the parents of all the kids were there, but you weren't. - What kind of meeting, who said that? - And we posted it to the group. - Which group? - In TG, didn't they add you? - No, I provided you with all the data during registration. - Oh, well, let's add it.... A month later, the teacher clarifies, and today you will go to which section? Yes, we have been going to the same classes for a month, is it really difficult to remember. Oh, there are a lot of kids, they all go to different places, we get confused. And a bunch, for understanding, is as many as 12 for two educators. It's really difficult. And then- again, ultimatum: so we have three birthday parties next month- we buy gifts, then they will remind us several times, and the final is after the third reminder 2 days before the expected birthday- oh, we were wrong, there is no birthday, but don't worry- the gifts will come in handy. Indeed, advanced training courses are needed, even if you do not remember the dates of the birthdays of 12 children. The only thing that is always remembered is the payment. Here, clearly, without mistakes, everyone will count - they will not forget anything. If you position yourself as an elite super center, then match this, some are willing to pay for HIGH-quality services. And so the level of the rural kindergarten with the prices of establishments inside the garden ring.
