The first time the pipe burst, they replaced it, took 120 rubles., traveled for a week, it broke again. We arrived there again and were charged another 60p. And a couple of days ago, the turbine broke down, we turned to them, since there were no more places in the city, and we needed it urgently. They brought the car at 11:00 at 16:00 they called and said that they refused to fix it. They said that the spar was a little rotten (we knew that) and they wouldn't do anything. And when we brought the car in, we asked them to make the brakes, but they didn't do that either. We drove home almost without brakes. We came to pick up the car and saw that they had also broken the threshold, to which they did not say anything. Of course, we quarreled with them, but God is their judge. It was necessary to file a lawsuit and show a photo of the threshold before and after. Especially during the diagnosis of the suspension, the ball anther is pierced with a tire iron so that you come to them in a week or two. Of the qualified specialists, 1-2 others work any way. The press for hub bearings was bought without special equipment and it works - they often work with a sledgehammer))) instead of a head. I was 1 time, the second under warranty, but I will not go again. I fixed the marriage at the other station. Prices are not childish + they earn extra + 20% VAT on spare parts . So if you really want to, then buy good RF and replace it, but stand over them and stare with all your eyes!!! And it is better to bypass this service
I've been servicing the car here for 5 years, there used to be more order when Maxim was in charge of the process. The last two repairs have surpassed everything that was before in terms of time and jambs. My opinion is that the service is losing its brand, but it's a pity.
