They completely ignored me as a client. I ask into the void. After they said that replacing the matrix is 80 percent of the price of the monitor, and I agreed to these prices, they began to dissuade me from repairing monique at all. (apparently, to avoid hemorrhoids with the search for a rare spare part)
And then they stopped responding to my requests altogether.
They do it quickly and efficiently, but there is an element of price escalation.
