A good vet clinic! The staff is friendly, pet-oriented, which is important! We made a diagnosis, conducted an examination, and are being monitored.
The prices for the service are a little more expensive than in other clinics, but, for the sake of our smaller brothers, I am ready to pay just to ease their pain. It's too bad that there is no operating surgeon.
After reading the positive reviews, we made an appointment. We had an ICD, we were treated with medications at first, but a relapse quickly occurred, a genitourinary catheter was inserted and urethroplasty was prescribed. The urethra was pierced with a catheter (then it became clear why our cat became aggressive after the catheter was inserted, hissed, cried, because even later after a difficult operation he behaved and felt much better). The treatment, too, as it turned out, was not prescribed by us from the best, the drugs were not prescribed correctly, as well as they did not do all the general tests before the operation..
Strangely enough, I would like to say thank you to the blackout on 21.11 on the day of the operation. The operation was canceled for these reasons, and it could only be postponed as early as 11/24. I had to look for other options, because I had no strength to torment the cat and myself for another 3 days. We managed to get to the clinic with friends on the same day, in the evening, urgently, even though we were already locked up, where the cat was promptly operated on. Already on the second day after the operation, the cat felt much better. Perhaps we were just unlucky and Kind Irina Alexandrovna, an excellent ophthalmologist. But in our case, the treatment of ICD in her clinic turned out to be unsuccessful for us.
Many thanks to Natalia Valeryevna Chernozhukova and all the staff of the Central Medical Center for the treatment of a complex and atypical case of paraproctitis in a dog. Cent was contacted after visiting other clinics with a problem that lasted more than six months and has already led to complications. But thanks to qualified actions, the animal was saved and returned to normal life. Thank you for your attentive attitude, endless consultations and help to our friend!
When examining the dog after injury (fractures of two paws), the traumatologist Roman Dmitrievich Nesterenko took an X-ray, diagnosed and recommended surgery on one paw, and after a while another on the other. Prices for operations are 17,000 rubles. + 13,000 rubles., a total of about 30,000 rubles. and for two times (i.e., these are two anesthetics). We turned to another surgeon who performed the operation on two paws at once, the cost is 7000 rubles. As a result, the spokes and plates are removed, everything is overgrown, the dog walks and runs perfectly. Thanks to our surgeon. In my opinion, the prices at the Veterinary Medicine Center do not correspond to the qualifications of the staff. Most of the employees are graduates of institutes without sufficient experience for such prices and with inflated self-esteem. According to another dog, Roman Dmitrievich Nesterenko is ready to undergo joint surgery, despite the fact that there are 4 more veterinarians and 2 human traumatologists who examined the dog categorically!!! They did not recommend surgery due to the fact that there are currently no veterinarians with sufficient qualifications in Donetsk. But in the Center of Veterinary Medicine, they will take on everything for your money (very small compared to other clinics), and doctors don't care if your pet dies or not.
The dog has been treated since February 2021 by Natalia Chernozhukova for cancer.Calling her an oncologist is fine. The clinic was obviously in a hurry. If you want experiments to be performed on your pets, then you should go to the Vet.medicine Center.Yes, besides, for a lot of your money.I am very sorry that we got to this so-called oncologist.I understand that as many people as there are opinions, but too many animals have been ruined.
They brought the cat for a professional examination. There were visitors in front of us. No one has processed the table, the thermometer seems to be common to everyone, without processing. I did not see how the doctor washed his hands, nor did I see the washbasin. There is no X-ray... We infected our pet with calcivirosis in this pit, we are fighting for her life.
Recently I had to contact a shepherd dog, the service is excellent, despite the young specialists, the staff are well done, they love animals, and they work up to 19 hours in time, you can immediately do all examinations and analyzes, according to the results they will provide first aid and prescribe treatment, prices are acceptable for our region.
